Good to watch clothes

For the last 3 weeks I have been coming once a week for convenience cause it is close by my home and my washer gave out the first time I only dried my close the second time I notice my clothes are ice cold to the touch when they are done washing even thou I chose hot water I asked the lady at the front she acted as if she didn’t understand English so I had someone translate and she said oh we rinse in cold water ?? Never heard of that but then today I loaded my clothes started it and let it run for 5 mins touched the glass and it was ice cold so I went to the front and it is a different lady and I explained to her she then replied oh our hot water must be off I’ll tell the owner ?? Waste of money that is exactly how they do people in low income areas the owners should be ashamed their hot water has not been working for sometime I have personally seen them come in collect money chit chat with staff then leave I bet their washer at home has hot water 💦 won’t be coming back after today

Very slow washers with no timer. Attendant told me they were 30 minute cycles. They were 60 minutes.

Have been here several times but this last time was not pleasant the other patron children and there parent were riding in the buggies and running around almost knocking people over made doing laundry worse then it already is my other trips have been better cause now I won't go in the evening

They have turned down the dryers. So you'll laundry will not dry like it used to.

It's OK, I usually go to Morris Laundry but they closed early for NYE. The wash is OK, the compartment where you pour your laundry is moldy and gnarly but the clothes washes ok. My complaint is that the only lady in here does not speak English. The black guy that was in the laundromat helped me when one of the machines wasn't working so that was great. However, My daughter tried to buy a toy from one of the machines and it didn't work. I tried to explain to the worker what happened, she used her own quarters, it did NOT work and she just walked away without giving me my money back. I get she doesn't speak English, but don't play dumb like you don't know what happened, that's really annoying, I'm glad it was the toy machine and not the washing machine. Anyway I will come here only in emergency situations like this, otherwise I'll stick to my original spot.

Its 1 person in there with sense. Every time I come at 8:45 after I get off that Alexis say you can’t wash ours too late?? They close at 10 i will never come back here horrible establishment!!!!
