I've been in here twice and both times it was a visibly bad day for the staff. They claim to have no knowledge of what they're selling and are not willing to give advice on much of anything. It basically felt like I was bothering them. The exact opposite level of customer care was experienced at Sherwin-Williams. I would not go back into this Tasco store.
If I owned this store I would install cameras so that you can see how the customers are being treated.

Insanely overpriced, one pint almost $250! Besides, they do not customize paints, which makes this place unprofessional as a paints shop. I wonder how they had got so many positive reviews (20+) with such level of quality of service and overpricing, and I was definitely misled by those reviews visiting this store. No offense, the clerks there are ok and friendly, but this is definitively not the right place to look for paints!
Reply to the owner: I appreciate your reply, but the folks there told me categorically they do not customize paints! They never mentioned anything about paints quantity for it.

I have never painted a car but I know I can do it now. My daughter’s civic was chipping bad and I didn’t want to pay for an auto body to fix it. They wanted to charge me $1500. Kevin encouraged me that I could fix the spot myself. I only spent $75. And it looks great now. Thank you Kevin and Tasso for your help.

Today I went into the Tasco Store looking to meet with Mark about the paint needed to personally do the touch up on My 07 Jeep Liberty. I did not realize that the quote that I received from him back in November was to expire this month. Wow. There was a full team there inside the store prepared to help Me with My paint needs.I was professionally directed in the purchase made today. That I was so excited to start the project after the visit there that I had to do and started when I returned home to Orange,Texas.Thanks a Million

New manager Mark welcomed me and Kevin did an excellent job of matching paint colors for a 66 Nova Chevy ll and made it look easy for a difficult match to original Aztec Bronze.The service was GREAT and folks VERY friendly! ???

Found this place when I couldn’t find proper touch up paint in any local store. Not only did I get multiple amounts of paint it was less half the price plus the service was great.
