I would give this place a negative hundred if I could bad service rude owner very ungodly person he does not need to be on TV nor a car salesman my experience was he ripped me off for $4,000 repoed the car my note was not due yet and my insurance was up-to-date

Do not buy a Vehicle from this company! I purchased a 2018 Chevy Suburban I put $6,000 down within less then a month of having it I experienced transmission issues. I had the vehicle serviced and found out that I pretty much need a new transmission. This company will harass you for your car payment. I only owed $16,400 left on my vehicle and was 22days late on my payment August payment and they came picked my car up without notice, I walked out side and my car was gone and I asked them to work with me, Mr. Taylor said if I wanted my car back I would have to pay it off. I was upset that I had invested over $10,000 in the car and I have four kids. I also made an appointment with the shop to get the transmission fixed. Honestly now I see it as a blessing that they came picked up before I went spent $5,200 on a new transmission and they knew they transmission was bad before I purchased it . I wouldn’t recommend any one to purchase a vehicle from them!

Avoid this company. Overpriced junk the owner shines up to look good but you will end up paying for what he doesn't restore to make it worth the price.

No good snake after I send people there including my wife and daughter and many friends. Bought a friend of mine there. She put 4000 dollars down. The equinox burning 3qt of oil a week .He put in the shop the mechanic told us later the engine was bad. He promise to put her in something else never happen then he repossessed it. Never came clean. Please go somewhere else 🙏🙏🙏

Don't do it. They repossessed my friends car after being 3 days late. Look at how awful their reviews are everywhere.

I love Taylor trading. I brought two cars from them and had a flawless experience. Mr. Taylor is so awesome as well as the people who work for him. From the application process to the test drive to meeting personally with the owner, everything was great. Mr. Taylor has great quality cars, trucks and SUVS. Give them a try you won't regret it!!!!

This is the outright most prejudice place of business I have been to. Mr Taylor the owner was nothing but rude to me and the couple in front of me coming in with intentions of buying a vehicle. I advise you shop elsewhere!

Would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from these people. They are very unprofessional and the salesman was very sarcastic. He talked down to us like we were children. Spoke to the owner over the phone, and he was just as bad. Tried explaining the situation and he said " Well if you don't want to buy a vehicle from us you don't have to. Have a nice day." Then hung up before my husband could even finish explaining. I don't know how long they have been in business, but with this type of behavior, they wont be open too much longer.

That Taylor owner has no heart for nobody we the people who work hard trying to make payments we miss one payment by accident he takes the only vehicle that make and put food on the table pay bills and he takes that joy in your heart it hurts ?

These people are RIP OFFS !
If you get your car towed , they won't give it back for a fee, they want you to PAY THE FULL RAMINING BALANCE OFF! THEY DONT CARE , I WAS 3000 DOLLARS LEFT AND THE REPOED MY CAR FOR A PAYMENT THAT I KEPT THEM UP TO DATE ON ! THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY MUCH NOT CHRISTIANS ! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
I'm in tears because I sold my cash car to get something more up to date for it all to go in the trash ? , I PRAY GOD HAS MY BACK AND REVENGE BLOOD IS ON THEY HANDSNOW
