“The owner of this company needs ten stars.He saved me big time today.I have a hot tub company out of Lake Charles and was on my way back from picking up a hot tub that had to be delivered today in Jennings la.I had a blow out on I-10 close to 11th st exit was Avery bad spot.I called several other companies and they told be 1.5 or more before they could get to me.I called TJ and he shut his shop down immediately and came to my rescue.Within 15 minutes he was pulling my tire off and heading back to his shop to mount a new one.This guy is 1st class.I can’t say enough about him and his business.Please if you are stranded with a flat tire in the Beaumont area please make him your first choice.You won’t regret it.”

Unlike majority of repair shops the staff not only inform you of the issue with your vehicle but they educate you on the functions of the parts needing to be repaired or replaced. What impressed me is that we went to a competitor first who could not perform the repair and referred us to Baker. Tyler said he would keep the diagnostic report but the technicians would not use it as they have to figure on their own what is wrong.They did determine the issues and promptly obtained parts and repaired it in 2 days. I showed up at 5:25 apologizing for showing up late but I had just gotten off work and was trying to get the leak fixed before going out of town for my birthday tomorrow. Jared Meaux said he'd get it taken care of and within 10 minutes, my tire was fixed, the crew was done and wishing me a "Happy Birthday"!Customer service was outstanding, even though I showed up minutes before closing.I will absolutely recommend to friends and family!”

We are from out of town and we went to several tire shops before going to mucas, and as soon as we got there they did everything they could in order for us to get back on the road safely. “Had a blow out on way from Austin to Alabama on a Sunday. Very fortunately we were 15 miles from Beaumont. Called Hernandez and confirmed they had the size tire we needed. Service was exceptional. Showed us condition of replacement that was better than original. Only $65 installed. Returned my donut spare under vehicle. Helped reposition jack and handles back in trunk compartment. Very friendly, attentive and encouraging. Got us back on the road and saved the day!! Highly recommended!”
