“First 5 Star review for auto repair shop ever.New to town for work. These seem like really good folks. Just needed a safety inspection for the state and they took care of me right away. My 3rd break light was not working and they asked if I didn't mind them replacing it. I said yes, and about a minute later I thought "dang, I forgot to ask how much!?".Receptionist gave me the bill for the $7 inspection and I reminded her about the bulb. She checked on that added it to the bill and it was another $2. That surprised me.They have earned my trust and I'll be checking back with them for more work.”

What impressed me is that we went to a competitor first who could not perform the repair and referred us to Baker. Tyler said he would keep the diagnostic report but the technicians would not use it as they have to figure on their own what is wrong.They did determine the issues and promptly obtained parts and repaired it in 2 days. “On my way to Silsbee, a deer jumped out in front of my car and it needed some pretty extensive front end-repair, so I filed a Geico claim and the nearest repair shop was Glen's Express Collision.Upon dropping it off, they communicated the process and potential estimation of completion, and since they have an Enterprise partner I was picked up from that location. It was scheduled for completion in December, a month later, but there were some issues with receiving necessary parts due to the holidays, it being a new and specialty car, and the current shortage, so it took a bit longer than anticipated. My rental was not going to be covered after the 7th of January, but since there were so many delays that were out of everyone's control, they offered to pay for the remaining 3 days that it would take to finish.Overall, I'm grateful for their communication and the work looks like I drove it fresh off the lot. I highly recommend Glen's for whatever work your vehicle needs!”

“Yesterday I was traveling from Houston to Jackson, MS. on I-10. It had rained all the way nearly to Beaumont, then it let up. Wipers worked just fine. Rain started up again and my driver's side wiper blade broke off. Had to drive about 10 miles in light rain with no wipers, but I made it to the nearest auto parts store, which was the Advance Auto Parts on 11th Street. The kind gentlemen working there helped me select new blades and even put them on for me. One of their customers prayed over me just before I left. As a woman traveling alone, the people at this business made a huge difference to my peace of mind. Excellent customer service and friendly, helpful staff.”
