I was traveling from Houston and ended up in Beaumont after hitting something on the road that damaged my bumper pretty badly. I was stressed, but the team immediately stepped in and took care of everything. They were very communicative, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Within about 30 minutes, they were able to get my bumper back into place. They worked on the brackets, adjusted everything, and secured it properly so I could get back on the road safely.
I truly appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help a customer who was just passing through. They made a stressful situation much easier.

Was in Beaumont for doctor appointments and car battery life decided to exhaust its full potential life that hot 99° weather day. Store manager and assistant manager came through for me that day. I needed a brand new battery and they both worked as a team to get me not only waited on with a new battery but changed the battery out for me. I want to give a huge shoutout to Cece at O’Reilly Auto Parts on East Lucas in Beaumont, TX. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service were truly top-notch.
I had an issue with a gasket that was originally sold to me at a different O’Reilly location, North Major Drive, Beaumont, TX and turned out to be incorrect. They refused to help me. Cece took the time to listen, understood the situation immediately, and went above and beyond to help resolve it. She handled the return professionally and made sure I was exchanged for the correct gasket without any hassle.
It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. Cece was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future parts needs.
