“I had an emergency situation in front of Auto Zone's very front door on 8/14/2025. Was in Beaumont for doctor appointments and car battery life decided to exhaust its full potential life that hot 99° weather day. Store manager and assistant manager came through for me that day. I needed a brand new battery and they both worked as a team to get me not only waited on with a new battery but changed the battery out for me. Their teamwork saved my life that day, as they had to use one of their battery packs to get my car started! Thank you guys, will see you guys again 9/11/25 ? ?

I was traveling from Houston and ended up in Beaumont after hitting something on the road that damaged my bumper pretty badly. I was stressed, but the team immediately stepped in and took care of everything. They were very communicative, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Within about 30 minutes, they were able to get my bumper back into place. They worked on the brackets, adjusted everything, and secured it properly so I could get back on the road safely.
I truly appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help a customer who was just passing through. They made a stressful situation much easier.

“Me and my best friend were on a road trip when we had to stop due to low tire pressure, when we look closer at the tire we noticed it was splitting and she was close to having a blow out. I started looking for tire shops around us and after 2 failed attempts I found Modica Brothers. Caleb answered the phone and I told him what was happening and asked if he had any tires for our car, he had 2 brands and when my friend asked which was better he gave his honest opinion, he didn’t try to sell his the more expensive tire, he even told us just get to the shop safely and he would get us back on the road. When we got there Caleb was so kind and let us know it would be about an hour and a half wait but he would try for sooner. He kept checking on us and giving us updates. We were out of there in about 2 hours, we were thankful they were able to help us! We would drive to Modica again for any car needs just because of how well we were treated!”
“The ABSOLUTE BEST auto body shop I've ever worked with in both Texas and Louisiana. They are proactive about communication and very customer service oriented. Specifically, Donnie is easy to reach and speaks to you kindly but frankly about your vehicle and repairs. He is very down to earth and will not give you the runaround. I am always amazed by the receptionist Rhianna as well. She greets you warmly, is extremely organized, professional, courteous/kind and gives top-notch service to everyone. Many times, without even being asked, she would do or say just the right thing to assure me they would take care of everything. And they did!! My fairly new car was rear-ended around Thanksgiving 2025. Vin's seamlessly worked with the insurance company and repaired my car to perfection. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vin's to handle all the paint and body work for your vehicles.”

Today I brought in my daughter's 2013 Equinox to have them repair the AC along with inspecting the whole vehicle for anything else that needs attention. They called me back, same day, went through everything they found, prioritized as to what should be repaired now and what can wait, along prices for all. Very fair prices, thorough explanation, and no pressure, which is exactly what I like. Even better is that she can always take it to a Goodyear in Austin where she lives if she needs a follow up. I want to give a huge shoutout to Cece at O’Reilly Auto Parts on East Lucas in Beaumont, TX. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service were truly top-notch.
I had an issue with a gasket that was originally sold to me at a different O’Reilly location, North Major Drive, Beaumont, TX and turned out to be incorrect. They refused to help me. Cece took the time to listen, understood the situation immediately, and went above and beyond to help resolve it. She handled the return professionally and made sure I was exchanged for the correct gasket without any hassle.
It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. Cece was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future parts needs.
