“I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was on shift Saturday the 20th. I'd like to make sure he gets my thanks. My husband passed suddenly and unexpectedly and his voice recording in my son's bear was broken. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond and was so kind and patient. As far as I understand, that voice box was not as simple as a battery change, there was another broken piece to it. I did not have a saved recording on my phone either. But he spent extra time on it and got it working again and made me an extra, just in case then helped me to make a double recording on my phone. I can't tell anyone how much that meant to me and for my son.
We will be back in in a few weeks for my son's next birthday and if he is there, I will update my review with his name as he deserves some recognition, I feel. I truly cannot thank him enough for his kindness.”

“Nice store.
Terrible customer service. Random Wednesday afternoon. The cashier was standing there chatting up a customer or whoever it was, meanwhile the line was growing and he’s still standing there talking about his personal affairs. Maybe do your job?? That would have been awesome.

Came back because I was on a time crunch. The service was 5x better than the first time. Customer service was good, the clerk explained and answered all questions, and was respectful as well.
In lieu of this second visit, I gave it another try afterward and wasn’t disappointed!

Upgrade from 1 star to 5. They’ve consistently shown improvement, so we go here from now on. Thumbs up ?”

“this store is excellent, the prices are much better compared to goodwill, and the cashiers are always very polite and professional, my mother is disabled, yet she truly enjoys shopping here for her grandchildren’s clothes, on several occasions, one of the employees has gone out of his way to assist her with items she could not reach on another visit, that same young man noticed that my hands were full and kindly brought me a shopping cart the service here is consistently outstanding”
