“Rented a moving truck for an in state move about 2.5 hours away, love that it only cost $299 for 3 days and $100 additional per extra day with unlimited miles. Ended up taking 5 trips to get our household goods, an 8'W x 20' L x 8'H Chicken Coop/Run, my wife's garden, 4 cubic yards of dirt that we transplanted in garden soil and chicken feed bags, an entire kitchen and 1200 sq ft of flooring that our buyers didn't want, and we got incredible gas mileage. Also, we loved that there was only a one time charge for Damage insurance and an appliance dolly instead of daily rates like the other guys.Would definitely recommend and use Penske again the next time we need a moving truck.”

“I just finished a long-distance move with a 26-foot Penske truck, covering over 1100 miles of some pretty rough roads – we're talking potholes, bumps, sharp turns, and frequent stops. I'm absolutely amazed that nothing in the truck shifted or broke! The truck handled beautifully, even on those challenging stretches.
What truly made this move stress-free, though, was Penske's outstanding customer service. I had to call them multiple times: once to change my pickup time, again to adjust the drop-off date, and even to figure out what a red blinking light on the dashboard meant (which turned out to be the exhaust brake, a normal feature). Every single time, the customer service representatives were excellent, incredibly helpful, and took care of my issues right away. Their responsiveness and efficiency were a huge relief during a busy and demanding move.
I highly recommend Penske for anyone planning a move, especially if you're facing a long distance or less-than-perfect roads. Their trucks are reliable, and their customer support is top-notch!”

“Although I cannot remember the name of the well mannered, polite gentleman slim build with dreadlocks. His costumer service demeanor was superb. He was very professional, & patient. He acknowledged everyone as they walked in as well as those that called in. Upon my second visit there to get a truck, it just so happens that I got the same exact truck as the 1st time... what are the odds.. the young lady there was the only one at the counter a d believe me she did her absolute best to maintain the line and the phones. She did an amazing job. Kudos to the employees at the I-10 Uhaul facility!!!”
