It was an absolute nightmare. I told the guy what I needed, an auto trailer. He said they didn't have those anymore. Couldn't get my card to work. Drove 90 plus miles and had to return to get the auto transport. Waited on someone to hook it up. 2 guys in the lot were checking oil and moving cars around. Had to go request one of them to help. Because of their screw up, I had to bring back after hours. He told me just to drop it off. I did snd now they are saying didn't drop it off. I've been on hold for over 20 minutes trying to clear this up. After being on hold, they are still not responding. I would ho elsewhere. I will never use this place again.

Fantastic experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff made the entire process easy. Plus the technician helped us troubleshoot an issue with our vehicle’s towing lights and identified a blown fuse. Quick and easy fix that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Above and beyond customer service!

Checking in was a mess. The associate never told me where my U-Haul was located never walked me outI took the wrong oneIt’s stressful enough moving so when I was instructed out the door to the left I assumed it was my rental. 2 hours later the associate called me saying it was my negligence and I took the wrong U-Haul to bring it back immediately because they are looking after the equipment!! Very unprofessional and laughed when I asked why wasn’t I given clear instructions. Another customer had a fuel pump go out in their rentalThis location needs to be thoroughly retrainedHorrible

Left the lot with truck just for it not to start again and left stranded with customer service saying they can't get a mechanic out for another HOUR? REALLY? NEVER GET A TRUCK FROM THIS PLACE!

I would give zero stars if I could. They canceled our reservation the day we were to pick it up. no phone call or anything. Apparantly, they had another reservation on it as well as ours and gave it to the person who came first. We reserved it MONTHS in advance.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE!!!the workers at this location are completely rude via phone and lack professionalism(to be expected for the area). I was left on hold for 40 min to confirm my equipment was in fact ready (it was not). Your reservation is a JOKE to these people. More like a request then a reservation, so don’t expect to actually pick up when you reserve.

They have plenty of rentals business but usually only one clerk who treats everyone like criminal. I resvered at noon wa the 30 minutes early and still waiting on help. I use this place 3 times and they are consistent on customer service sucking

We brought back the truck here because uhaul asked us to. And when we got here we had to wait for the employee to look it over and he stated that even if you get the best uhaul insurance it does not cover the vehicle fully. Why would you pay extra for the insurance if that’s the case? 1 star period.

Reserved a truck with a weeks notice. I get a call 30 minutes prior to pickup time letting me know the previous renters had not returned it. Fast forward to an hour after I was supposed to pick up the vehicle and they do not have a truck and cannot locate one within a 50 mile radius. But if I still want to rent the truck I would be ready tomorrow at noon. This is absolutely absurd and has cost me time and MONEY at this point. I reserved the truck for a reason, not for my health! I am beyond annoyed and frustrated that they left me high and dry!

Customer service sucked, dolly that was requested at time of reservation was not available, the guy was rude to my husband when he was doing the process for his license, he has trouble reading, the guy pointed to his phone saying well you should read it
