Good service rep, and descent price on renting a 15ft truck

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Rude employees, and according to their manager they don’t do safety checks on their vehicles. Took an hour to get a new truck because the passenger side seat belt did not work. Driver side visor was broken and flapping around. When the concerns were addressed with the manager he said “okay, so how do you want me to help you” with an attitude as if we were trying to squeeze money out of them. It wasn’t about the money, it was about making sure they don’t give that truck to someone else before fixing the seatbelt at least. Absolute joke of a place.

Uhaul use to have the best customer service at their locations. This by far was the worst experience I have had with them. The girl informed me when we arrived at 7am to pick up our truck for a reservation we booked two weeks ago, that they didn't have the truck we needed. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience and stayed slouched in her chair the whole time. She said that no other local locations had the truck we needed but after we left and called some ourselves we found that one 5 miles away did in fact have the truck we needed. This is the last time we will ever use uhaul for a move.
