Had truck reserved for 6am pickup through app. Get there and there is no trucks. Have to wait outside till they open. They had no furniture pads to rent. I get those are the ones to sell but you just screwed me out of an hour and messed up my timeline. Oh. I'm sure their fine print covers them but.... Who knows if your truck will be there or not.

They are not customer friendly at all. Made appointment online for trailer wiring installation. When I got there they didn't have wiring harness and tried to say I didn't have appointment. Waisted 2 hours of my time.

I would most differently recommend this U-Haul location. I've been dealing with them since this past Thursday starting off by getting a truck to move our things. Since then I've been having problem after problem not related to U-Haul. And everytime myself and my husband have stepped foot into this U-Haul facility we was greeted with a smile. Not only is there customer service outstanding and helpful each of the employees went far and beyond my expectations. I do apologize I can't remember any of their names although, they told me I would like to recognize each of them for the Wonderful service and pleasant attitude. We thank you all very much!!
