Be careful to check the truck condition and actual fuel level compared to what they tell you on paper.
I had paper marked three quarter tank filled but in truck, it was one fourth. The truck mileage was 3 miles different and truck making high body noise.

Staff needs to be better trained and a person dedicated to running the counter. The truck had transmission issues, thank goodness it was only needed for a short time.

Understaffed. Long wait to check out. One man behind the cash register trying to take care of inside and outside duties. I gave up and left, easily found what I needed but wait time for check out was ridiculous.

One of 4 bolts to install my hitch prevented th installation after a 4 hour wait I left without a hitch and now have to go back for the wiring harness and wait again

This Business stays very busy. They Absolutely Need more help here!! And if You buy a storage unit they DO NOT tell You You can't come after 6pm to get Your stuff! I know because I drove an hour back down there ,just to find out I wasted gas and My time for nothing.

Hitch didn’t arrive for my appointment time drove 25 miles cause they didn’t let me know. Then they said I would owe 185 dollars for a wiring harness but the lady that gave me the quote said it was included in the quote because I asked her if it was. Only one person working and 5 customers were waiting besides me. Sorry business. Won’t go back. Went to Hitch depot.

Scamming and scheming. Find another U-Haul to use. They don't deliver Uboxes, even their on phone appointments were surprised. Ahhh but the company advertised online and in TV commercials that they deliver, so who is wrong there. They started charging my account without my consent. They offered a next day Ubox on Friday afternoon for pickup on Saturday, and then claimed I ordered it on Thursday for Friday and I failed to pickup. I went through my phone history and they lied about it all. Then they charged a fee for failure to pickup the box. They are smug too.

I have been renting U-Hauls for years. I have never in my life been told I was going to get charged $10 cleaning fee because there was a little bit of sand where you step up into the truck. I mean we're talking a little tiny bit. I could see if it was dirty and I hadn't cleaned it out already, but I had. It took me all of 30 seconds to sweep it off . Because the entire rest of the truck was clean . Don't use this U-Haul because they have very lazy people working there.
