  Either they are illiterate, incompetent, or thieves. For the last two years everyone I go in there I have to ‘update’ my phone number. Ulta customer service tells me that when that happens my ‘accounts’ should combine but the don’t. Instead my ‘points’ go to an account that I don’t have access to. Nobody will tell me why it’s not working or what’s happening. Ulta refuses to move my points into the correct account. So I have to place orders online. The orders I receive often have issues. They arrive damaged, opened, missing items, or I’ve even gotten someone else’s order.

  Don’t recommend I booked an appointment for blow out was told that blow out with brush is additional charge, even though in the description it says “and a blow dry with custom brush work for results that last for days”. & that she took a walk in she tried to correct was she said but basically a walk in. I said ok to waiting because I had an event to go to, & I’m understanding 100%. I got a call an hour later. I had an event to go to so I had to go home and do my own hair, I also live 45 mins away . Love Ulta but don’t recommend the salon especially if you have an event to go to. you cannot rely on the scheduling.

  Ms. Lanay is a true gem!! I walked in with a ball cap on and left out feeling and looking like a new woman. This was my first time ever coming to Ulta. She took me without an appointment. I tried to book online and was unable to book. So definitely don't go by the availability online. She truly has blessed hands. I will definitely return!!

  I booked a hair appointment with Lanay at the Beaumont Ulta for deep conditioner, trim, and silk press. It was my first time meeting Lanay. She assessed my hair and suggested other services that would enhance my services. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel completely confident in her service. She gave me a full package and I am thoroughly impressed with MY color and everything about my hair. I will definitely schedule with her again!
