Historically love our drivers. Recently we have a "cowboy" who races through our neighborhood. Asked nicely to slow down, almost hit our two dogs on our rural street. He wanted to negotiate SAFETY. "You keep your dogs in and I'll slow down".When I asked for his name would not give it. Told me "I know where you are" and "you'll have to pick up future deliveries in Beaumont, I'll never deliver here again".Called and reported his truck #, Supervisor called for my story. No follow up so far. Since then - next delivery delayed over weekend. Monday, package arrives and it had been opened.Use caution in the Crystal Beach area with your children and pets. This UPS hotdog not our friend anymore.

My package got delivered to the wrong place and these people saved the day and got it delivered to me in about an hour. They made my whole day and I will now know who to talk to when something like this happens again. Y’all are amazing.

Had the most wonderful customer service experience at the UPS warehouse on Washington. The staff were so helpful, specifically Matt, who went above and beyond to get me taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. Thank you so much!

Two days in a row I was told packages would be picked up. Two days in a row UPS was a no show. Packages have been sitting on my porch since Saturday May 20th 2023. Word is bond, if you have no Word you have nothing. Oh I had to give one star to be able to post this. They don’t deserve any.May 25th 2023 Update I had to call UPS again today. Today UPS wants me to pay to have these packages returned because now all of a sudden they need a return label. The only way I can create a label is to pay for it. Businesses are out to take your money anyway they can. These packages have been sitting on my porch since Saturday May 20th now I have to pay to have them removed.Three days in a row beginning on Monday the 22nd of May 2023. I was told by a UPS my package would be picked up today. The order has been processed. Today I had to call again and I was told I need a shipping label. The only way to get a shipping label is to commit to paying for the shipment. It’s no longer a return it’s a shipment. Just a way to make money. Wow. The only reason they have one star is because you can’t post a review unless you choose one star. They deserve none.

They will not deliver to my correct address in Gilchrist. They continuously deliver to a similar address in Crystal Beach with a different zip code. There appears to be no way to fix the problem since I cannot get to a human that’s actually interested in fixing the problem. FedEx has no issue finding and delivering to our address. Really disappointing.

Constantly ail to deliver my packages. I get lied to by customer service. Very poor service. I will never use ups again. They need to hire drivers that are not lazy.

Website and Google both list this location open from 9:30 AM - 12PM. Show up to pick up a package and a paper sign stating only open from 3-6:30 PM. Fix the site or be open listed hours. Makes for a long day when you can't get things for work.

Most inept customer service experience. I live in a two story town home. 2 days in a row the driver knocked once at my door and sped away before I could answer. I HAVE to have a phone for work and current phone is broken. UPS customer service can't decipher my voice when reading back the tracking number over the phone so the attempts to reach a live person were futile. I know this will never be seen by UPS. I will never order my mail when UPS is my only delivery option.

Poor service. I get home today and 2 dooney and bourke boxes are scattered and tossed down the sidewalk of my home, it was nothing but the Grace of GOD that they were still there, my house is o the corner of a busy street of many people passing.

Terrible customer service with the young man at the counter. Always good customer service from the older gentleman. things are going downhill at this location and it's a shame.
