The person who helped me didn't have the best attitude with me; she seemed to be in a bad mood. I think that in this type of job, friendly and warm treatment to customers is essential, and unfortunately, I didn't receive it, hence the rating.

I just left here and have been here twice. I always have a lot of work packages so it takes me a while to sort through them and get them loaded up. It also takes me a few trips in and out usually. The guy that works here is so super helpful!! I loaded the packages on their cart and then he came out and took my packages in each time. This location doesn't have a ramp like they should either but he lifted the heavy cart over the concrete edge and got them in for me! So thankful for this man and his dedication to his job and his customers! Big thank you! Best ups hands down!

Came to this store because the one on Dowlen was closed. Never again!! The associate was rude. And they tried to charge $2 to tape a box. Dowlen location has never done that.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!
Use the one on Dowlen.
They charged me for ONE strip of tape to close my box. Literally ONE! Dowlen has never.
Guess there is no lesson like a bought one. So I will NEVER return to this location again.

The staff at UPS store were very friendly and I was waited on promptly and able to return my item to Amazon without any problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend UPS for any of my family and friends.
