Really crowded, people backed up to the door. Employees seemed to be talking to each other in the back, not really paying attention what they were doing.Taking too long to pack an item for shipping, and at first saying the ship to address didn’t exist, even though I was showing it in 2 different gps apps on my phone ?.The rate to ship from TX to WI was more than twice the price of shipping an order placed the same day from London to TX!!Going to have to rethink shipping options for the future.Girls were friendly, but it seems this may be their first job. Not really focused on customer service or productivity.

I dropped 12 pkgs at UPS-Dowlen. Immediate update on the item whether an immediate refund was given or if it was an acknowledgment of it even being received.Didn’t happen here.At the Dowlen location they bagged as i submitted the QR…keeping up. These people placed my returns lined up against a back table with the ticket under it. I never received notification of credit. I have been there before. I tried them again last week. Never again!And the fact the Owner/manager provides a paragraph of an explanation of anything says alot.If they’ve received a good review that person was lucky and I’m glad for them.

Kind words go a long way in customer service.I was behind a woman that needed her Amazon label printed, she explained that she was in last week and they did not charge her to print a label and she noticed they didn’t charge another customer to print her label printed.The woman left saying she’d print her label at home and said thank you. After she left the employees (young ladies) behind the desk said out loud “she was cheap and did not want to pay” and laughed at her.I told them a kind word goes a long way and they had been harsh to several customers, they seemed to think it was funny.This was my second trip in the store today each time was like this. I’ve heard the type of attitudes that were displayed usually trickles down from leadership.Some additional training may be helpful to all.

Came to this store earlier today to return a package. Service was fast and easy thanks to Kennedy, who was the first to come help me out when no one else was even looking up. She was very nice and her help was much better than the kind I usually get from the store on College… Whole process took less than 5 minutes to get in and out of there. It’s a further drive but I will be using this store more often from now on?
