the lady is extremely rude and passive aggressive that works the evening weekdays. i would come here out of location convenience almost daily, she was the same way towards everyone with the exception of African Americans.

Would be nice if they answered their telephone when trying to call and ask a certain question so I don't waste a 40 minute drive!
The only saving grace is that the staff were very friendly and just stated that they don't answer the phones?

I want to make it known that somebody is still in my mail. I’ve reported it several times and a lady named Kim called me back but never did anything or didn’t answer. The phone gave me her direct number to give her some information and I never was able to reach her.
