Where to begin? Emily Dalfrey is the most helpful human being I’ve ever met in my entire life. Not only did she solve all of my issues in a professional and timely manner she was as friendly as a person could ever ask for! I’m writing her in on my ballot for the presidential elections in November. You couldn’t ask for a better employee to represent your company and country!

I wish I could give zero star's, I went in the Verizon store on the side of the interstate to pay my 3 phone bills the employee was very rude as I'm walking out the store she follows me out the store arguing with me about having a prepaid phone. I will NEVER GO BACK

I came to this store for the first time because the other location is always busy. I was serviced by shon who was outstanding. He was very patient, helpful and went above and beyond to aide in my switch from att. Shon took the time to patiently make sure everything was transferred to my new line. Shon has definitely gained a new customer for life and I will definitely come here to take care of my Verizon needs

Long story short, I had to get a new phone and a new number. I have been a long time Verizon customer. Keegin Cox was my sales rep. He did an awesome job and handled the transfer from my old phone to my new one. Great service and he made the process painless. He explained plans and told me how to take advantage of discounts. The store was nice. No lines and professional employees.
