“The Vets and staff really take time with your pets to provide care. I enjoy the drop off pet care service. I drop off between 7 and 8 am and pick up after 4 and before 5:30, I have used this service for sick pets, annual shots, gromming and baths. They also send text to remind when shots are due and before appointments. They have three locations Beaumont, Silsbee and the newest locaton in Orange called Cypress Animal Clinic.”

“Shelby was my Vet Assistant and she was soooo sweet and my dog warmed right up! Dr. McCullough was informative and efficient. They were very accommodating to my dog being anxious--we all just got down on the floor with her! My dog has had reoccurring yeast infections and this is the only vet that has even discussed long-term maintenance with me (so I don't have to drop $100-200 every few months). Very very good energy from this place! I'm very glad we went here and strongly recommend it to others. I actually felt good spending the money because I know that my dog is really being taken care of. They're also part of an app where you get points from each visit to earn free things like $ off your visit, a bath, or nail trim!”

“They have boarded our dog twice and our cat once. Our dog gets so excited as soon as we start heading in the door. She is so hyper that it is almost impossible for me to contain her. She loves it there. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices are excellent. We have had both our pets vaccines updated and I was shocked how inexpensive it was. Definitely worth the longer drive for us to go there. Always clean reception area with plenty of searing. Wide variety of quality pet foods available to buy.”
