“Customer service has become something of a mixed bag; so when you find a representative that goes the extra mile I think it's only right to give them a shout out. I visited the store on 12 Aug 23 just to grab a bottle of water and an energy drink. I overheard "Leeann" giving a customer a very detailed description of some products. After she completed the transaction I had a couple of questions myself. To my amazment Leeann answered every question with the same level of detail she provided for the previous customer. She even recommended a "stack" to assist with my described goal. Leeann is one of the reasons you go to a branch instead of an online conglomerate. You want to hear expert insight and an opinion. Leeann appears to enjoy the customer interaction and also takes the time to school herself on the products in the store. Bright spot to that entire mall excursion.”
