Very inept pharmacy cannot answere questions about scrips,Cannot read and understand a computerscreen. Making an appnt. does no good unless you're bilingual,as most of staff in pharmacy are spanish(?) speaking. I can no longer support this store.

I was helped buy this kind, smart and quick thinking employee... I found a 4 leaf clover on mother's day and decided to give it to my mom, I wanted it laminated but no one was open that Sunday. So when the Clerk suggested that I use a small picture frame it really made my day and year. My mother was so happy and so was i...Thanks for the incredible Mother's day experience ?.

The cashier tonight had a lot of patience and a great sense of humor. The young lady in front of me could have taken care of her business better if she would have just put down her phone it is totally disrespectful to the cashier as well as the customers behind her. But the cashier stayed calm, cool & collective. Where as I probably would have (and almost did) said something. But she remained very professional and kept it real!!! It great service like she gives along with a sense of humor that make you want to go back! Thanks for the laughs...cool lady! This store is always clean, stocked well and the employees are always helpful and around to assist when you need them!

Beaumont Texas Walgreens on Dowlen/Phelan: I went in to purchase some more makeup, and the associate named Ceecee kindly greeted me. Her makeup was flawless so of course I wanted her recommendations. You can tell that Ceecee loves what she does and she’s good at it. She had great product suggestions and application tips to help my makeup last. Thank you Ceecee and the front checkout staff and the floor stockers for always being so friendly and helpful. You guys are awesome at what you do!

The staff is nice and efficient BUT when trying to call, it leaves you on hold then hangs up. I called 4 times in a row and this happened on different days ?. It’s important to be able to reach them by phone. It’s like you have to go there to ask a simple question. It’s very frustrating and inconvenient! It’s not the phone service it’s the pharmacy. Seems they are hanging up calls to avoid answering questions. That’s a big part of the job. ??♀️ Whoo Sai

It's a Walgreens I've always had good service here never an outrages wait only once did they not have a prescription and it was one no other pharmacys had either so I can only say good things about them sometimes there's a lime at check out but that could be anyware

4 Covid tests made for travel. The options on Walgreens gives 15 min windows. We selected 4:00/4:15/4:30/4:45 arrive at appt. Explain to the pharmacy tech that we are in two vehicles because we have to go to a baseball practice afterwards. She tells me I can’t take the rest than help my son take a test?? I ask how does anyone give their child a test? She tells me to give my son the test. Then get back in line and come back around???? So we do that. My wife pulls up with my other son. 4:34 for a 4:30 and 4:45 appt. She tells my wife. You are too early you must go wait in the parking lot and come back at 5:00pm. WTH is this lady who is a pharmacy tech completely insane. You are letting a $14 person completely ruin what let’s be honest is your most profitable portion of this entire building.Get your act together Walgreens this is for a vacation not because anyone is sick and we did the appt the way your site asks for it.It doesn’t surprise me this location has a 3.7 rating doing this kind of stuff but I guess it’s really a reflection the the pharmacists more than anything.

I stopped going to Walgreen for Rx prescriptions because they were always understaffed and I would always be standing in long lines with other stick people. Well two days ago I ended up at Walgreens because they were one of a few locations giving the 3rd COVID vaccine (Booster shot) so we went by since they said no appointment was not necessary. After soon paper work and a little wait (30 min) we got our shot and the tech person signed our paper work with the updated vaccine showing our 3rd shot. Then tonight I get an email from Walgreens that Congratulated me on getting my "1st" vaccine and letting me know they would notify me when it's time for my 2nd shot. Why can't they put in my Walgreens record that this was my 3rd shot (a Booster). I received my original 2 shots from the local health dept and I gave Walgreens the paper work showing the dates and the manufacture ( Moderna). There has to be a way to note this considering how important medical records are especially if it is used in the future to check if you have been vaccines for travel to other countries or other events. My medical records should be accurate. Just another reason why Walgreens has fallen out of favor with me.

Sep 28, 20.I had to spend 98 and 32 dollar for 8 set passport size photos. They charged me that 32 dollar just to print 2 set photos, though I had the digital copy. And other 98 dollar for 6 set of same photos. It seems like i had taken 6 different photo. I really dont understand how they do their price. Even if the price is correct, i am completely dissatisfied by their behaviour. There was a lady in the photo section ans she was rude.

Very unhelpful pharmacy. Trying multiple times to get rx refilled. Walgreens says it’s the drs office not sending the rx and the drs office blames the pharmacy and they repeatedly say they sent it.
