I typically have a good experience at this location, but today it was just AWFUL. I went there about 12:40 pm July 5th, 2024. The lady at the cash register (young skinny white lady with glasses and red acne spots on her face and brunette or brownish hair) forgot to put one of my items in my bag and I didn't even realize it until I went to my car and looked inside the bag. I went back in to tell her I was missing one of my items (I only bought 2 things), and she held up my item and said "I didn't charge you" so I had to go back outside and get my wallet to pay for it and retrieve the item she forgot to ring up and put in my bag. No big deal, except she gave NO apology for her mistake and looked at me as if I'm the one who did something wrong. I paid for my item and waited for her to simply apologize. It NEVER came! I told her " I understand people make mistakes, but you could've at least apologized." I mean I DID have to walk all the way back outside in the heat. After I told her that, she gave a sarcastic 1-word "sorry".. I honestly am not upset about the mistake, but moreso her rudeness and nonchalant attitude about her mistake. This was really gross to treat a customer this way. Or ANYONE for that matter. I never yelled at her or showed any disrespect, despite her mistake. I didn't deserve that type of treatment. All other employees always treated me well and made me feel welcome.

I went to Walgreens on last week and totally forgot to do a review, but this one had to be done. The reason is because Franklin and Mia helped me. They were both professional, kind, and very helpful. Annnnddd the wait time was extremely minimal even with waiting for a prescription to be filled from my doctor’s office that was faxed in. Also had an opportunity to speak with Hope today about using a coupon code with my insurance for some eye medicine and she was phenomenal.
In the past, I swear ever since moving to Texas 2 years ago this must be the slowest Walgreens ever when it comes to filling a prescription. I pray that this outstanding experience is the start of many more to come. Thanks Walgreens!
Oh well it looks like I cannot add a new review so I am editing this one. So me and my husband went to Walgreens today 6/11 which also happens to be his birthday. We went to the drive-thru and there were 3 cars in front of us. WOW don't know if management has changed or what but Franklin helped us and we we done in less than 5 minutes. He was cordial, ensured we had everything we needed before leaving. Way to go Franklin...I'm impressed with your level of service.

Friday morning I called for my husbands prescription, she said it would be in at 3pm. We went to pick it up Saturday morning and the lady says it will be ready Monday. We told her about calling yesterday and how we were told it would be there. She’s not gone 2 minutes before she comes back with the prescription already filled and ready. So clearly it was there and she didn’t want to look. I’m looking at the receipt for it and it’s dated for this past Thursday.. so it was there the whole time. Terrible service. Had another prescription they received Monday 1/22 but it still wasn’t filled on Friday 1/26. Why can’t they fill a prescription without you having to ask for it?

Wait time can be longer than I like but you can expect that at any pharmacy right? Other than that, they have done quite well.

After not being n the store for a couple of years, I went in n purchased a few items. Walgreens clerk charged me twice for my toothpaste. It took me returning to the store a couple of times before I was reimbursed. Very difficult situation.

Usually open all night and has some good deals and discounts if you have a rewards card.
