This has to be the worst bank and the poorest run facility in Wells Fargo’s entire portfolio. I just sat in the lobby for over an hour to speak to a banker after waiting 30 minutes in the teller line. All I needed to do was open a safe deposit box. I am now leaving without opening a safe deposit box, because the banker who has the ability to do so is not at the bank. So ridiculous.

The NCR ATM machine here is terrible and should have been replaced yesterday. Ate my debit card which took Wells Fargo 7 days to replace which was a huge inconvenience. This machine is clearly outdated and Wells Fargo cheats it’s customers in Beaumont with its poor service.

They are very slow. If this was not for my employer I would not ever come to this bank. I also know customer support in beaumont and all around the country went to the trash since covid. It's like only for their self. Smh

I AM GOING TO MAKE THIS SHORT AND NOT SWEET, WAKE UP WELLS FARGO, GET FULLY STAFFED AND GIVE YOUR CLIENTS FULL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEY WILL WALK THEIR ACCOUNTS TO ANOTHER BANK, WE HAVE BEEN WITH YOU ALL FOR A LONG TIME , BUT THIS COVID EXCUSE IS GETTING RIDICULOUS AND OLD , MOST OF EVERYONE IS WORKING AT FULL STAFF , GETTING AN APPOINTMENT WITH A BANKER IS LIKE PULLING TEETHS !!!!! NO I DO NOT WANT AN EXCUSE RESPONSE, ALL I HAD TO SAY I DID, SO LET'S GET FULLY STAFFED LIFE GOES ON!!!!!!!

I understand that there are times when things get busy, but what I don't understand is how the desk workers can just sit idly by when there is a line of over 15 people waiting on one ONE teller, and not even attempt to offer assistance? Are they too good to do teller work? Absolutely the WORST customer service ever!

Waited in the commercial line for 40 minutes before it moved one car length. It happens every time I have to go to the bank for work. I don't now who they have that's taking 30 +minutes per transaction, but you probably should pay someone faster. It's ridiculous to have to spend an hour and a half in line at the bank and there's only 3 people ahead of you.

THE LONGEST WAIT TIMES EVER!! They have one, maybe two employees working the branch at any given time it seems. I make deposits for my company here regularly, and it is a guaranteed wait time of anywhere from 25 minutes to a full hour in the drive thru. When I am able to make it, I go to the Phelan branch where the same process takes 10-15 mins even with 7 vehicles in front of me in the commercial line.
