Nice place, has an arena and stalls for horses, nice people, other than those things mentioned below is that it would be perfect if they had a couple of washers and dryers with folding tables. Other than that very peaceful looking at that big pond full of fish that you don't have to release if you are going to cook them. You catch ,you clean and eat...Playground: In the country you don't need a playgroundRestrooms: Needs showers and toiletsDog-friendliness: Needs a big ol' fenced dog runPicnic area: Needs a couple picnic tables and grills.

Mitch, the owner, has never been less than nice and respectful to me.Mitch lets us fish the pond by the rv parks, which is a great bass pond in the summer. The only issue I ever have is that the tap water isn't always clear and gets a tint to it

OMG Amazing. We absolutely love it here. We’re long timers. We’ve been here about 3 years and have no plans of leaving. Quiet friendly park. Fishing is great as well as the view. Feels secluded from the world but just down the road from town. Also a place for your horses. So one nighter to long timer this place is wonderful.

Nothing to do, they say they are animal friendly but they are biased against certain kinds, their rules also only apply to people who are new, the Ducks are cool but there are no amenities for how much you pay a month, it's kind of ridiculous and it's not even that nice of a view. Also, the woman who "runs" things does nothing but run her mouth about people and make up false stories And then gossip.. never in my life have I ever met someone who will talk crap about someone they don't know to someone they don't know.. made a terrible first impression. If you're old and dying of cancer this is a great place for you, otherwise- you can find better places to stay WITH amenities of all sorts, for way cheaper and you don't have weirdos watching everything you do.

$400 a month for no WiFi or laundry. There's a lovely pond and friendly ducks, but there're no amenities and the owner's wife, Melissa is unfortunate. Our first conversation she told us she trains her dogs by holding them up by the leash for 30 sec or so, was adamant her husband's daughter was not her daughter, and complained that her not daughter was dating a black guy. She complained about our dog barking all night and pooping in the neighbors yard, when he never does either of those things. If you want to talk to a liar and pay more for a place lacking amenities, this is the park for you. Also the water is yellow and smells weird. And there's a leash policy but that doesn't apply to the neighbor's dogs or the owner's dogs, so be aware of that. The ducks were dandy though.

Beautiful quiet spot On a lake… The stars were magnificent, no light pollution. Very friendly staff. Our dog had a tick We called the office, within 10 minutes our daughter was at the vet with the dog all was good. They have a large enclosed barn area for your horse… I just can’t say enough about this place I will definitely be stopping here again when we passed through!!

Great place to keep your horses after a long day of trailering. It's a great location and has a lot to offer. There are stalls and a nice turnout for the horses. There is a covered and lighted arena to practice in. It's a horse lovers dream. Great for someone who trailers horses a lot. The owner Mitch was very kind and extremely helpful. He met us when we arrived with the horses and showed us the stalls and made sure our horses were taken care of. He helped unload feed and hay from our trailer and made sure we had a place to keep our supplies. Nothing but good things to say about him. He really cares for people and the horses he boards. Recommend this place to keep your horses at. Definitely will be coming back in the future. 10/10
