I won't use this moving company that came recommended to me ever. And so far they built my bed wrong. I spoke to the owner who said it's after five and we all have families so someone will come tomorrow.we went to set up our tv. it's broken. huge crack at the bottom. it was fine the night before. I have an antique table they roughed the corner of. I told the owner we had a huge heavy dining table and if they could not do it I would call a different mover. they took the top off, said it was too heavy and did I have someone who could help lift. I called my son in law and he came. then they refused to move it.sorry I left one star. they make you put a star or it would be zero stars.

I was very disappointed with my move in Granbury.They said they could not bring things that weren't packed. some things they left were packed in tubs without a lid, They left a big tub of items with a lid. They left an outside folding chair that I had folded and put on the tub. they left a large artificial plant. I will have to find someone to get these items. They brought 2 tvs. They took the DVD players off and could not bring the players because ere not packed. Thankfully they did bring the tv 's that were not packed.it was kind of pick and choose what they brought.They attached my washer. I went to use it and it made a noice but didn't work. I had to get someone to fix that and they had not turned on the water. I don't believe at the end I was given a receipt.They emptied the truck and wanted to know if I wanted them to go back and get the rest of a few items . I did and they could have easily brought these items then . At a $160 an hour when they went back the 2nd time there was no reason they left these items.I definitely do not recommend this company and was very disappointed.

THESE GUYS ARE BEASTS! We were quoted "the higher end" for our move and the guys that came had us loaded, moved and unloaded within 3 hours... PLUS even with a tip it was almost $100 less than the quoted high end price. They took care of our items, helped us move random items (lift, shower chair, FULL freezer) and never stopped moving! Definitely recommend their business to anyone moving!

I hate to give bad reviews but this entire situation was terrible. They didn't move my stuff...just a sofa, love seat, bed and end tables , faux fire place. NO APPLIANCES and NO BOXES and charged my son nearly $800. Im not finished giving this guy and his company reviews. He KNOWS what he did was wrong

I hired this company to move me from Glen Rose to McKinney. Everything did not fit in the truck and they didn't ask if I needed anything special take when the left for the new location. they had moved some items to the yard and left them there for me to move back into the house before I could leave. Upon arriving to the new house the couch would not fit into the house so after many tries and much damage to my couch they decided to move it to my garage where it was left until I could hire someone else to move it into the house. It cost me almost 200 for furniture repair and to move my couch from my garage into my house but because my couch was not packed properly they disputed the damage and charges. I also left water bottles all over my yard upon leaving that had to be cleaned up. I would definitely not refer this company to anyone.

They damaged my kitchen floor and only gave me $250 to get it replaced. The actual moving team was polite and professional. The crew leader took responsibility for the mistake and let me know the owner would get in touch with me. The owner was not willing or able to get someone to even come look at the floor.

Let me just say, if I could give them no stars, I would. They broke my refrigerator and washing machine. They refused to pay for a washing machine repair. They took my refrigerator apart to move it and then couldn't figure out how to put it back together or make it work again. They did pay for a repair on the refrigerator, but that repair did not fix the problem. They put our bed frame together wrong. Overall, this move cost me way more than it needed to, as I had to buy a new washer and refrigerator. I also lost all the food from my refrigerator because it wasn't cooling. They were not careful or interested in doing a professional job at all.

This was the fastest, smoothest and most stress free move we have had. The movers were great. Very polite and took pride in their work (which is rare). They were efficient (also rare) which was great considered we pay hourly for movers. Awesome job. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended!!

I used this company to move me from one side of Granbury to another. They quote a rate by the hour with a minimum of three (3) hours and they are not responsible for any damage to your possessions. We did not know for a few days that they had damaged my stackable washer and dryer which was almost new and had been used only about six (6) times. They scraped a portion of the washer lid but failed to tell me about it. When the person figured up the bill he was overcharging me saying they got to my house at 9:00 am which was untrue as they got too my house at 9:30. After getting that cleared up he wanted to know if I wanted to give them a tip and I did decline. One guy kept yelling at my puppies to be quiet as he had a hangover. I do not recommend them and will not use them again in the future.

They didn't level my washer machine at all will have to pay 150.00 just to get it leveled.they tore and missed up my 1500.00 adjustable bedding told the lead and they left huge dents in my new freezer and broke my laundry basket.i called the owner he's not once ever returned my call .....so i plan on filing with the BBB UNLESS he takes care of this stuff
