They’re awful. I wouldn’t take a bicycle to these people. Don’t trust them to change your wiper blades. Went in for an oil change, they took it upon themselves to remove my rear differential plug and either didn’t put it back or didn’t put it tight enough. Caught it days later. Still determining the damage and will be contacting corporate.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I just spent an hour in line when I was told it would be 10 minutes per car and there was only two cars in front of me. Biggest waste of my time, ended up going somewhere else.

It took more than usual to change my oil. The staff at take 5 told me that its mandatory for them to check my intake filter. Even though I told him I just changed it a couple weeks back. They are just forcing you to spend more at the same time wasting my time.

I stopped for an oil change and state inspection. I was given a estimated 30 minutes wait. It took an hour to get to the oil change and i had to skip the inspection. They knew I had another obligation yet still tried to sell and air filter. I have used before, but after this I won’t be back.
Update: I gave them a second chance. I pulled in and was placed in a slot and told there was one car ahead of me. I waited over 30 minutes, got out, shut y hood and left. There were three employee's working and one of them just left. I think I have tried this enough.

The technicians were very nice and friendly and were very busy.It looked like you were understaffed because it took over an hour and fifty minutes to get my car in and done.It was of no fault of your staff.It just didn't seem like you had enough people on the ground working

Aliy the manager was great. She told me all the information about my oil change and went through the process. She didn’t try to upsell me on anything just explained what would make my Work van run better. She was very professional and Joshua who was helping her the technician was Quick and thorough. Five stars isn’t enough they really did take care of me today I will be returning with my personal vehicles and my work vehicle from here on out. Thank you Aily and Joshua for a great experience.

Went around 8:15am and again at 4:30pm on 12/1/2025 to get inspection. Both times I was given excuses from the employees on why I could not be helped and would need to come back. With so many options in the area I will not waste time driving back to that location to be turned away a third time.

I've been coming to the same location for 7 plus years. Even with different workers it has never been this horrendously disrespectful. The lady worker needs to be removed immediately.
Just left lewisville take 5 and they did my oil for $54 with filter.
