Came in to replace my high beam headlight guy ended up taking out my low beam headlight as well as random screws while taking him about 30 minutes to do it kept asking me for help when it was an easy task ended up taking all the screws to kwik kar where the had to put all them back in and then I asked them to fix my head light and the guy from here gave me the wrong ones over all a maybe 20 minute task to about an hour and a half.

The lady (Selma) at the register who happens to be a manager was very rude. She obviously didn’t know what a seal is. She wanted a part number. I don’t know if AutoZone trains their employees on customer service, to know what they’re looking for. Both managers were not helpful. The employee seems to be lost on the conversation. It took all three and still I had to go online and give them the part number. I don’t know about this location. Seems like I always struggle here with the personnel. I hope corporate takes great consideration and looks at their employees and train them better.

I did my original one star rating several years ago when I was in a toxic relationship with a grey shirt that worked at this store.Someone gave me money to be able to get away and get a fresh start and this person stole over $1,000 from me in cash and locked it inside the stores safe knowing that there would be no way for me to proove what had happened because the police wouldnt be able to get a warrant for the store safe and for an audit before his shift was over.I haven't used this profile in quite awhile and honestly forgot I put this rating on here. I've stopped at this auto zone a few times over the last several years and seen mostly fresh faces who were genuinely kind and helpful. My original star rating was based upon this crews behavior as they all KNEW what was happening and acted entirely unethical and immoral at the time. To my knowledge none of these people still work there and this store is and always has been genuinely always clean and well stocked and staffed with knowledgeable and helpful employees.Im sorry it took me so long to adjust my rating...I know these ratings effect your buisness from the area maybe not much but on some small scale in the algorithm of rating in the area and I hope that the update helps release negative energy for both of us! Be blessed ? #whereswhoopsy

I have already contacted the customer service line and made a complaint regarding Store 1547 but I also am writing this review in hopes this does not happen to anyone else.My husband came into this store to get a refund on some items we had purchased earlier in the week. He spoke with the same lady who helped us that day earlier in the week. She was very unkind. She told him he needed a receipt in order to get a refund back to his card. (Mind you, I found out when calling the customer service line that they are supposed to have the customer contact the customer service line in order to get the receipt emailed to them so they can proceed with the refund and the lady failed to mention that important detail). She instead stated that my husband “should have been more responsible and kept his receipt”. First of all she has no idea what is going on in his life- it wasn’t about responsibility. He thought he would be able to change his own oil & came upon some issues so he had to take it to get professionally done hence why he chose to return the oil and filter that was purchased. She also tried to tell him that he “would need to use it eventually anyways.” Second of all, that is not any way to speak to a customer whom, again, she knows nothing about! Third of all, for her to fail to mention that there was a way for him to get refunded to his card shows that this situation was handled very unprofessionally. Fourth and lastly, she gave him a “merchandise credit” card as his refund & gave him $10 less on it than he had originally paid!I’ve been to this location several times & have honestly not had a bad experience until this one- and I will find out the name of the individual who acted with such an unnecessary rude attitude.

Trevor is awesome! I came in right before closing with a dead battery. He didn't mind that it was closing time. He happily swapped my battery, which was not an easy swap! He knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly. Best service I've received in a very long time!

I went to theAuto Zine on Harwood in Bedford, TX because I was referred to them by two people that I had asked. My car wasn’t starting correctly and thought it might be my battery. The gentleman came out and hooked a device to the battery and said yes, my battery was completely dead but that it might be the alternator but he wouldn’t know until we replaced the battery. They got me right in and put the new battery in for me. The employees were very efficient. I highly recommend this Auto Zone.!!
