4 weeks for class ring to come in and 3 days having it the top oval piece pops off, said it would 10 weeks for it to be fixed

Pathetic. Still waiting on 23/24 Year Book. Just got the year book today, 7/25/24. Too late to get it signed. They told me it was because they built a plant in Mexico and it is all outsourced from there. No wonder it was late. PATHETIC!

BEWARE: Absolutely horrible experience! Wish I could give 0 stars! Balfour is deceiving on products and you get the run around when trying to find out where your graduation announcements are.
