Disappointing Experience with Racist and Rude Customer ServiceToday my wife had an unfortunate experience with the customer service at this location. She encountered racist and rude behavior from the staff. She went to this location to open a bank account for her cousin who is new to the states. She had an appointment at 11:30am and they were little late. I understand its appointment based system and when they were late it gonna affect other customers schedule. Her cousin didn’t had the two forms of identification and they were just trying to see if there is any other way to open an account or to get some suggestions so that they can have the required documentation in next visit. The banker was so rude and saying something “India”. Yes we are immigrants but we are from Nepal and India is our good neighbors. I think they were there to get service and according to my understanding we are human first and we have right to get service regardless of our nationality. Also she was saying so rudely to my wife and her cousin to get out of her way as she had to serve another customer. But some gentleman talked to my wife and she said he was polite and explained her about banks policy. When I heard this from my wife then first thing I checked was google review and I came to know why this place has a rating of 2.1. We haven’t experienced this kind of worst customer service in any banks till now and we are loyal Bank of America customers. This type of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the values of a professional establishment. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and provides proper training to their staff on cultural sensitivity and customer service etiquette. We are deeply disappointed by this experience and hope for improvement in the future.

Hands down the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. They place holds on items for absolutely no reason. I deposited a money order. With the purchase receipt and even offered to 3 way call western union to show them the money order was valid and they STILL placed a week hold. On a money order. My check is direct deposit. After this finally is released I WILL be leaving this bank. Terrible.

They are horrible! You can’t get to a real person. The local bank never answers their phone. Ridiculous! I’ve been with them for 30 years and I can’t wait to change banks.

Ms Pras??? She didn’t know how to fix my stop payment and I had to call Bank of America and they helped me. I think some people that work there need to be trained more!!

i never thought i would give a bank a five star review. but today Jeffery was so patient and kind to my retired aunt while we were sorting out some of her affairs. huge relief to have great customer service!

I don’t know why this bank got worst reviews but honestly I loved this bank. Me and my family just moved from Houston and Jose was super helpful with every service we need help with. I would say that the manager and the front clerks were great too. I would highly recommend to the ones who live close to Bedford/Euless.

Now I understand why so many bad reviews this is the more racist bank I visit they make my sister come 5 times to try opening a bank account and there's always an excuse to don't open it so my sister wast her time 5 times in different days and guess what I just crossed the street to wellsfargo bank and was a complete different experience!!! They kindly help us in everything.

Relationship banker Nermeen Hana racial discriminated against I,Tommy on 06/20/23 at 1:30. Because I was black. I have been with Bank of America for over 4-6 Years with 2 business account. I came in for a review of my accounts. I spoke to one banker and she referred me to Ms.Hana.Ms.Hana refused to see me and ignored the other banker. So I went out to the car waited about 30 AndCame back in the bank just to see Ms.Hana doing Nothing. She did not have any appointments. A hour later she seen another person hour. Discriminated should not be tolerated.

You bank lost an auto loan due to your representative not even bothering to call me to set up an appointment. I came in to the bank that day to fill out the paperwork, their representative told me they were full up that day for appointments (even though they stood around doing nothing) but would call me to follow up. Surprise, nothing since. The low score for this bank is fully representative, will NEVER think to use them in future. Glad I found other means for financing!
