Fraud. Attempt to have insurance company write the estimate and the insurance company claim they did not. Once I signed one of the two different contracts that put liability on caliber they trespassed me and refused to do the repairs. Each side claiming the other is lieing, and no one that can tell me even which contract I would be agreeing to. Their online estimate was over double. 3 different estimates, two contracts and because I have an issue with anything I was refused service and trespassed for not being agreeable I suppose?

Every part of the process was professional from the very start. Someone hit my car while I was in Austin. I called my insurance company, and by the time that I got home from Austin, Caliber had been contacted and I had an appointment. When I dropped off my car, I was told that, without any surprises, it would probably be about a week. Seven days later, it was fixed and looks great. As stated, professional from beginning to end.

I have always like caliber collision because they take really good care of repairing your vehicle and Mr.Serigo inform me on there progress every time about my vehicle and thank you Mr.Sergio for beening so nice and up dating me and the other people as well that work there everyone is so friendly and nice people that's why I always choose caliber collision for repairing my vehicle Thanks a Bunch.

I had an amazing experience! I had some minor structural damage to some molding, and they gave me great service. The guy there, I didn't catch his name, was super fast and he put some clips on to secure the damaged mold in place (free of charge I might add!) and gave me the details I would need to take to the dealership to get the damage fully repaired, but I didn't even need to with the clips there. Amazing experience.

Chris has gone above and beyond for me!!! The team there has picked my car up while I was at work, fixed the problem AND returned my vehicle to me in time for me to drive away when I got off!!! ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE WITH AN AWESOME TEAM!!! THANK YOU CHRIS AND TEAM!!! 🙌💯

So this is my second time to use these guys at this location,they did a wonderful job of getting my vehicle repaired and set me up for a rental. They made it worry free and they even buffed out some dings without me asking! I will always come back ! Thank you Sergio and your team, let them know they are great!

Smooth and easy process. Everyone was helpful and kind. Had to have a rental car and they took care of getting that to me and returning it. It was a great experience under the circumstance.
