“I took my truck here, after being in accident that damaged almost every qtr panel, because they seemed friendly over the phone, but mainly, because they were able to get it in quicker than any other collision shop. Actually, My truck should have probably been totaled, so there was a ton of work needed.The week prior, I placed my son’s car into another repair shop after his little accident. Five Star’s communication, availability, compassion, and attention to detail blew the other repair shop out of the water., My truck was out 2 weeks before my son’s car was ready.I can’t tell you how happy I was with Five Star! “Came across this shop as it is right behind where my family lives. Scheduling was very easy. The simplified pricing makes it easier of customers and for sure business operations. The service I was look for was Full Paint Protection Film (PPF). When the job was complete Mr Sharp talked to be about the business a bit and how the work is done. He made sure I understood warranty and insurance claims along with proper care for the materials. I also noticed on a car that already has graphics they go out of their time to make sure the PPF sits on the graphics instead of 'over the side' so there are no air bubbles. Much much appreciated.I was scheduled to pick up my car Friday evening but a severe storm came through, like it does, and he offered to leave my car there till Monday which was kind. Thank you.”

“I had been in contact with the gentleman for the last two weeks but had my service performed today.From the beginning,I felt valued and respected.I was looking to have my subwoofers replaced in my Jaguar,made an appt.for a consultation.He politely told me he didn't have anything comparable to put in my car.I left,But I thought about it,called back and asked if I got the parts could he install-he said yes.My dealer had quoted me$1,200 for labor alone&the parts would be another $700+.Uh....in my mind that was a hell and a no.So,I did get the parts from the dealer but went to Vaughn's for the install.No matter the questions I asked leading up,He was kind,courteous&answered them.When I went for my install today,He kept me abreast of the progress,He took very good care of my car&the time frame he initially quoted me-he exceeded it.I was not surprised but pleased.I had passed by the shop for years,never having a need to stop but when I did-I was pleased with the service;their reputation proceeded them&came highly recommended.I will definately go back because there is a genuine quality there that is a lost art in customer service these days.Most places you go,it's about a dollar¬ so much the customer experience.I was happy to see that:a general kindness&respect for the customer as a person¬ just a dollar sign.My car was returned to me in the same condition I gave it&I couldn't ask for anything more.To the gentleman that performed my service today:Thank you for your kindness&professionalism.”

“Had the misfortune of a minor side swipe and other driver's insurance sent me to Caliber Collision in Keller, Tx. Was not really sure there was enough damage to warrant pulling the side panel off for a deeper inspection so I brought it by for a visual before scheduling a formal appointment. That's when Alex stepped in. Without hesitation, he took the car around back and buffed out the transfer paint from other car and then returned to show me the extent of the damage - just surface level - a bit of a deep scratch. Was super thankful for Alex taking the time to clean the transfer and help me understand what damage I had. Tried to thank him with a tip but he preferred me putting a good word in here. Will definitely go back to Caliber if we choose to do a repair. Thanks again Alex!!! Great Customer Service!!!”

“Our car had a close encounter with the side of the garage and the front body panel on that side of the car got pushed back closer to the front door so that the door scraped whenever it was opened and closed. Took the car in for an estimate and we were very pleasantly surprised when we were told that the door could be fixed and the paint job on that front panel cleaned up while we waited for 15 minutes. We worked with Javier Jauregui.”

“I love this place for oil changes! They are a very honest company and I love the chill seating area while you wait. They work very quickly I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. However, the last oil change I got I sent my mother and the price changed so I wasn’t sure if they put the right oil. They said it was still the same type which I hope is fine. They also said they only check levels on request only which I feel like they should do automatically.”

“These guys are so knowledgeable! Just from looking at my hanging bumper, he was able to tell exactly how I was hit. I’m a lucky case, but he was able to 90% fix it by pulling my bumper some and hooking it back in place! Its still slightly loose when pushed, but no one could ever tell. He gave me a plan of action to get it 100% fixed if it bothered me enough. Even if he didn’t fix my car,,, I would have still given 5 stars for the excellent customer service!”
