Mr. Matt and Ms. Ivory are so kind and answered every question I had. I received a quote to get my brakes done along with a list of other things my car needs in the future. There weren’t any “surprises” like there may be when you drop your car off to most mechanics. The thing I love the most is throughout the process you receive updates on the status of your vehicle. I also utilized their shuttle service which is a huge plus. The pricing is very reasonable and my car drives like it’s brand new! “I went by this morning to get a routine inspection done, I've never been here before. I was greeted right as I drove up which was nice, sometimes at other places I've had to hunt someone down. The waiting area was nice and clean. I'm pretty sure they also offered free sodas on the way in although I didn't look closer as I carried my own soda in. There was also a TV inside showing the inside of the shop, you could watch your car being worked on which was pretty cool. The inspection was done quickly and there were no issues at all paying and getting back out the door! Definitely a smooth process all around.”

I had gone to another shop two different times trying to get it fixed and the other shop had no clue what was wrong with my A/C. “Came in from out of town and my tire apparently was bout to pop! And like the typical girl I was I kept airing it up. Before I left Dallas Gina, the GM, ensured that I got my tires replaced and my car checked out before getting on the road back to San Antonio. She also ensured that she had the tire and if not she'd get it for me herself, in time before returning. Tires are under warranty so worth the value. Check em out!”
