The place features huge washers and dryers, with free dryers that are a popular highlight. There are lots of folding tables and roll around baskets for laundry. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service, constantly checking and wiping down the machines. The parking lot is clean and not overly full. Amenities include two kinds of currency machines, dispensers for detergent and supplies, vending machines, seating areas, and a clean unisex bathroom. It can get very crowded and packed, especially later in the day, with the best time to go being when they first open. Some reviewers note issues with people overusing the free dryers and occasional problems with theft or loitering, but many find it an amazing and recommended place.
