Just use ATM (I have never had issues with ATM on ths branch), bankers are the worst, they don't want to work or help you, I have an issue with my account and one lady told me well do it through phone, not here, I called and they said no it needs to on person, so if they don't want to work or help get another job!

Very rude! The male teller was not helpful. I had a Chase cashier check and he would not cash it I decided to try another location and went to the Chase Bank in Euless and had no problems with my transaction.
This location had horrible customer service !

It's been 6 months since my last terrible experience so I thought maybe things had changed...wrong...empty as always yet you will stand their on line with one teller....after the third ill be right with you and almost 15 min id had it...and I believe it's the same female oveverweight manager who just can't run a branch. And chase obviously dosent care or question because their ratings suck! As much of a pain as it is ill put my money in another bank that I can go to...beyond rediculos!

Teller gave me the wrong information at the drive through. Will be filing a formal complaint and moving money, as im currently trying to call them, they’re not busy but won’t answer.

People I trusted recommended Chase Bank to me and I feel the service is wonderful. They make me feel so welcome and relaxed as I complete my banking needs and learn more about my overall goals for my financial future.

Unfortunately you cannot reach a real person on the phone. Also, despite having 6-8 booths for bankers, there is only one there and they are booked up.
This is very inconvenient when you have responsibilities and children. It is frustrating that this bank cannot and will not accommodate us. 0 stars.

I went to the Chase Bank to ask for assistance with a transaction. There were just a few people ahead of me and when I reached the teller she politely asked me to take a seat and wait for a personal banker. Tyler Cruz spent close to an hour assisting me and was polite and professional, and very patient the whole time. When I called later to follow up on the matter my phone call was returned. It's great to have great local service in the community!

This is the worst run business. The ATM doesn’t offer optional receipt printing for cash deposits. The ATMs are often being worked on and I’ve called 3 times today to inquire about the atm receipts and every single time you guys do not answer. I live right down the road and this branch isn’t busy enough to justify ignoring verbal inquiries.

Opened an account there for my wife in person. Sarah Armstrong helped open her account, stated a referral bonus was to be sent to my account, which it never did, tried calling to get this fixed and nobody answers. The dollar amount is minor but its these small inconveniences that reflect poorly on customer care. Nobody through Chase seems to be able to help me.

I think they can do better in communicating with customers. I came early in the day to open business account they stated I have to make appointment. They did, for later that day at 4. I ask the teller what do I need to bring y’all to open up the account she just said your paper work so I didn’t think anything of it bought what I used to open BOA with. Giovani wasn’t the greats in trying to help. Because would had to make another appointment just because I missing a certificate and had every thing else ugh any ways if you busy schedule don’t use them.
