Opened an account there for my wife in person. Sarah Armstrong helped open her account, stated a referral bonus was to be sent to my account, which it never did, tried calling to get this fixed and nobody answers. The dollar amount is minor but its these small inconveniences that reflect poorly on customer care. Nobody through Chase seems to be able to help me.

I think they can do better in communicating with customers. I came early in the day to open business account they stated I have to make appointment. They did, for later that day at 4. I ask the teller what do I need to bring y’all to open up the account she just said your paper work so I didn’t think anything of it bought what I used to open BOA with. Giovani wasn’t the greats in trying to help. Because would had to make another appointment just because I missing a certificate and had every thing else ugh any ways if you busy schedule don’t use them.

I went through one of the lines instead of using the ATM. The lady popped up for a second and said she would be right back…I waited and waited and next thing I knew they were shut off. TERRIBLE customer service.

I went into this branch to open a new account today and had a very upsetting and emotional experience with a banker name Taru.She was openly prejudice with me from the time I sat down in the chair. Taru was very consistent with finding ways to stir me out the door and avoidances , instead of giving me excellent service to open me an account. I stayed patient and kind with her and she told me she never heard of my previous bank before and if I open an account it’s going to be closed in a few days anyway. So cold and rude. She wasn’t very helpful at all printing my proof of address and I begged her to call customer service for assistance.Customer service gave her the green light to open me an a new checking account and she looked at me and she they will probably close it anyway so why not just leave. How awful is that ? I went to my car and cried on the phone to my husband about the treatment I received and he demanded I talked to her manager.I came back into the branch a hour later someone else name Giovanni helped me open my account with no problem!!!! Seamless and friendly process with him. Giovanni also gave me the 200 promotion and a credit card. He said there was nothing wrong for me not to proceed in joining Chase bank. He also apologized for the treatment I received from the previous representative and ensured me it will never happen again.

I must be the only one who loves this branch. #1. They were just around the corner from me. #2. At the drive thru the teller used to adk me if my doggies would like a treat and send out a couple of dog biscuits. #3. In the lobby they had BENCHES you could sir and wait on. I now bank at the Chase in Mesquite and they don't even rate 1 star. 2 tellers, even on Friday and Sat. Not acceptable. Sometimes they open 15 min before the time on the door or 10 min. late. Since they don't have benches or chairs anywhere, I'm going to try the main drive thru WINDOW WITH A CLERK. But having seem the reviews of chase I'm Mesquite, I'm willing to bet the main drive thru WINDOW WITH A TELLER sucks just as BAD AS THE REVIEWS SAY. Now maybe the Bedford branch changed. But 5 yes ago they were great. And the Chase in Bedford on precinct line and Harwood bites too....so I can't recommend them either.

As a longstanding customer of Chase, I have always appreciated the quality of service provided, until this regrettable incident unfolded.On 9/2/23]I visited the 2204 Harwood Rd Bedford branch to conduct my regular banking activities, a routine I have followed for the past 9 years without any issues. However, to my dismay, I found myself subjected to what I can only describe as unwarranted profiling, solely based on my appearance and choice of attire. Despite not being asked to leave explicitly, I was informed by one of your staff members to return on another day.To add insult to injury, law enforcement officers suddenly arrived on the scene, accusing me of trespassing. Consequently, I was unjustly arrested and spent an unsettling 48 hours in jail, which further intensified my frustration with the situation.I received a call shortly after my release from a representative at Chase, who apologized for the ordeal I had endured, highlighting your organization's commitment to a "no discrimination" policy. They attributed the incident to the actions of an overzealous officer, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable. This call is recorded.Regrettably, my dissatisfaction continues to grow as I received a letter from Chase indicating the closure of my account. This arbitrary decision has left me shocked and disappointed, as it contradicts the loyalty I have demonstrated towards your institution over the years. Even some of your employees have expressed their agreement that this entire chain of events is both unjust and unfair.It deeply saddens me to realize that a company I once respected and trusted would treat a dedicated customer in such a deplorable manner. Considering the distress and inconvenience caused, I am left contemplating taking legal action against Chase for the emotional distress and reputational damage suffered.

Hated my business experience. Giovanni, the apparent business specialist attending to us notified us prior to arriving that all was well with paperwork for business account and all we had to to was arrive and complete process. After 2 hours of back and forth with manager Sergio, they informed us that we could not open account because there were other appointments. In other words, our business was not of importance. Branch manager Sergio even came up and pretty much kicked us out asking us to reschedule. 2 hours!!! Wasting our time just to push us off when we already have 10 plus loyalty as personal account holders there. I don't get it. They kept coming up with reasons left and right and we even did changes they asked us to but in the end, we weren't important enough after wasting our time.

I haven’t had any issues with this bank and am generally confused why all the negative reviews. Had a good experience today, saw Greg Thrower to change my name. I was seen immediately with no appointment, everything was handled quickly with no issue, he made good small talk and was very welcoming. He’s technically from the Euless branch which is opening a new store Monday, I hope that goes well for them

Highly recommended to people who want credit score completely ruined by these clowns.. chase bank play with credit score I closed my bank account and chase bank striked my credit score... Banks effect people's lives on serious level

This was a very bad experience. 1st they charge $10 for any checks above $50. (If you're not an account holder.)Then I went to go cash the check INSIDE. Had a very nice teller that doubted the check so she went to her supervisor and without hesitation the supervisor decline to cash it.Didn't have the courtesy to call the persons who wrote the check to verify the information.My identification didn't cut it. My presence IN the bank didn't cut it. Not even my uniform had an effect on the trust.If you bank at Chase you should wonder why they feel so untrusted by people.Hats off to the teller she was awesome. She did her work as a CSR. The other YOU people I have nothing good to say about ya'll.Went to a different store and cashed it for $4. Ha.

Worst encounter ever. I typically travel abroad three to four times a year, but this was my first time purchasing money from this location. Every other Chase bank I've used has always returned my currency by 1pm the following day. I placed a currency order with them on Friday, but they didn't receive it until Tuesday as I was boarding my flight, so I was unable to use it. I lost close to $140 in USD when I tried to collect my currency after my trip and was told the exchange rate was considerably lower. I wanted to see how much it changed because I know that exchange rates fluctuate every day.I gave them $800 on Friday and would have received 2760 AED.I asked the clerk how much I would have received in AED if I had brought in $800 on Tuesday, and she said 2760 AED.On the other hand, if I exchanged 2760 on Tuesday, I would get $661 back in US dollars. makes no sense at all.I won't ever return to this bank.
