Visited the Bedford, TX Branch off Central Dr. on Tuesday (4/1/2025): So I’ve been banking with Comerica since 16 and I’m 42…never had any issues. Recently I realized $95 was deducted from savings account so I visit a local branch to see why…was advised by the Personal Banker that I transferred money to my checking too many times this month (which I was never told about or aware of and explained that), so I asked to have the deduction refunded and now I’m aware going forward. Even though I disagree as I should be able to transfer my money back and forth as much as needed, it’s my money right? Banks crooked way to get unnecessary fees / money from you obviously. So he said the Branch manager couldn’t meet with me after going over and said she had to review my account in Depth before she refunds it and would call me back afterward, three days later no refund and no call…truly terrible customer service Comerica, especially to a long time customer. My family and I will be moving our money and accounts elsewhere just for this act, I would suggest you put the right people in leadership and take care of your customer (yes even the individuals not just businesses, as I know you would refund a business to keep them happy and with a Comerica). Not to mention, I sat behind 2 people to withdraw funds while there the previous week, which took 30 minutes (only one teller who wasn’t even friendly). One person or a bad experience can ruin your credibility and customer relationship.

Worst bank EVER! Allan on waiting days for direct deposit, almost an hour every trip whether it’s drive thru or inside!!! Each person sets their own rules on cashing checks!!!! I’m honestly surprised they’re still in business, so glad I’ve cashed my LAST check here and no longer have to deal with these kindergartners!

Stay away from this bank, very un organized. Been with them only a couple months and have had so many issues. They closed my card and they don’t even know why and they were suppose to get back to me and never did. They won’t tell you about fees that they will take out monthly, it’s stupid that your own hard work money is taken out then have to wait a whole week to even get money back. Worse bank around. They are all there to get there monthly checks they don’t care about their customers.

The worst bank I'm the world do not put your money here they let people steal out your account then take 7- 10 business days for you to get your hard earned money back in this economy ain't nobody got time for that and I am going to the federal trade commission and reporting you all as well.

very unprofessional staff!!! worse customer service i had ever experince... i went to deposit cash for my business and @4.20 pm bank suppose to close at 5 pm but they don't want to deposit my cash. I ask them why the manager told me i have to be there early to deposit cash. looks like they want to go home early!! i been on this situation twice ...

The branch manager, Andrei Ciurca is very unprofessional and rude. I have been with Comerica for 15 years. I never been treated such a rude way. Please stay away from this branch!!!!!

Very Unprofessional and rude branch I have ever seen.All the Teller have the Personality problem.The only reason I am with this bank is because of the MSB account .I have 5 business Account with this bank .I don’t want to come to this location but have to some times .There is a lady ,she called herself a Assistant manager ,with lack of training .She one time refused to open one bank Account with all documents it need to open and I went to Arlington Lamar branch with no single question got account set up .I will not give a rating To this branch .
