Stay away from this bank, very un organized. Been with them only a couple months and have had so many issues. They closed my card and they don’t even know why and they were suppose to get back to me and never did. They won’t tell you about fees that they will take out monthly, it’s stupid that your own hard work money is taken out then have to wait a whole week to even get money back. Worse bank around. They are all there to get there monthly checks they don’t care about their customers.

The worst bank I'm the world do not put your money here they let people steal out your account then take 7- 10 business days for you to get your hard earned money back in this economy ain't nobody got time for that and I am going to the federal trade commission and reporting you all as well.

very unprofessional staff!!! worse customer service i had ever experince... i went to deposit cash for my business and @4.20 pm bank suppose to close at 5 pm but they don't want to deposit my cash. I ask them why the manager told me i have to be there early to deposit cash. looks like they want to go home early!! i been on this situation twice ...

The branch manager, Andrei Ciurca is very unprofessional and rude. I have been with Comerica for 15 years. I never been treated such a rude way. Please stay away from this branch!!!!!

Very Unprofessional and rude branch I have ever seen.All the Teller have the Personality problem.The only reason I am with this bank is because of the MSB account .I have 5 business Account with this bank .I don’t want to come to this location but have to some times .There is a lady ,she called herself a Assistant manager ,with lack of training .She one time refused to open one bank Account with all documents it need to open and I went to Arlington Lamar branch with no single question got account set up .I will not give a rating To this branch .

10-30-18 The new phone automated system is a JOKE . What took 5 mins to get important information now took me 15 mins and numerous times had to repeat myself to the invisible recorded Teller. Too frustrating and can only imagine what the Senior citizens are going through . They took a very easy process and turned it into a nightmare on the phone .
