I took my daughter, Makayla to get a shampoo, conditioner and flat iron at the Cypress,Tx Location on Saturday 1/10/2026. We were greeted by our stylist Ms Tata with a welcoming smile and greeting. Tata treat my daughter with such care and made her comfortable in her chair. When service was completed my daughter left with great satisfaction to her now bouncy, flowing and beautiful soft hair. Thank you Tata for your excellent service! We will definitely be back to see you.

I have gone to this dry cleaners for many years. They are extremely efficient at drop-off and check-out and are very hard-working, honest, and kind people. I have literally never had any concern or complaint in 15 years. My clothes are always perfect and their prices are fair. They have also done some light custom work for me (sewing, tailoring), which was excellent, as well. Five stars!

The husband & wife running this business is awesome. Always greet you either a smile and your dresses& pantsuits come out real nice & pressed professionally. They are not more expensive than other cleaners. My husband used them about 10 years? And I changed to them 3 years ago because the one I went before closed, they were 1 block from our house(convenient for me) I don’t regret trying and sticking with Cost Cutter Cleaners. They do a real good job!

I had my old US Navy dress whites that have been in storage for years, dirty from the sweat, food, and drink stains that come from a night out. Somehow, its perfectly clean again. I honestly didnt think anyone could fix it but I wanted to at least try for a reunion. Putting it on makes me feel like im back in the good ol days. Thank you so much!

Dropped off 3 shirts to be pressed, they used zero starch. My white work shirts return with mysterious stains, I’m told are dry cleaning fluid. They once lost 4 monogrammed shirts. Most expensive, dry cleaners I’ve ever used. I’m never going back
