From the moment I walked into the door.. Samsung (the name the employee told me) ( (she had dark hazel eyes, black hair and culture of an Indian-American woman ) was completely hateful and horrible to me the moment I walked into the door. She was on FaceTime then told me “I’m not talking to them so what does it matter” and told me “call *611 I can’t help you.” in the rudest way because she didn’t want to help me. She told me she is in sales and doesn’t care about her customer service but little does she know learning how to speak to people is apart of sales. If she would have delivered her message in a more kindful way then being hateful I wouldn’t have been upset. I have NEVER in my 15 years of having a phone had someone tell me “Call 611 because I can’t help you, you figure it out” She told me “i don’t know how online works” how does an employee of the company not know nothing about the online website? It’s either poor training or she doesn’t care. I will be calling HR on this location and also on her. I will speak to whoever I need to make sure this company knows exactly what kind of employees are in the Bedford area and how customer service isn’t a priority

That idian women screwed me over she didn't give me a receipt when I got home 1 day passed I wondered why she didn't give me a receipt and she charged my bread pay account a blue tooth jbl speaker that I never got and I paid $70 for a $25 activation fee so she charge me one on the bread pay account and one in my debit card told me because of taxes and fees was the reason it was $70. Be sure you get a receipt from this place and check what you where charged for!!.it happened 11/20/2025.around 1-2 pm

Guys don’t trust this store they leake your private information and privacy, I have a package with them, and I am the package main holder they let someone to change my password when I asked her that I need to talk to supervisor she start talking shit and she says prove it nobody changed your pin and now I have different PIN numbers, the way they talk to customer that’s not professional, it is mean rude,

Unhelpful, useless, and tried to get me to pay for ANOTHER SIM card after the one they just gave me 2 months ago isn’t working. The male employee tried to give me the sim but the female employee said no I have to pay for it when I JUST switched to cricket and paid for a brand new phone and service less than 2 months

Salesman Brian was extremely helpful and friendly. Came in with all kinds of issues and frustrated from days of dealing with customer service and he handled everything! Answered all my questions and even took a call on his day off to help me out. Best mobile store experience I've had I a while.
