This location closed the doors at 9:55pm but this location is open until 10pm. The associate (Marilyn) working & store manager (Mark) refused to unlock the doors, stating they are closed and I was 1 of 3 people who had to leave without being able to enter this store location.
IF it's a policy for CVS to close ALL stores 10 minutes PRIOR to the posted store hours, then corporate needs to have a sign printed & posted by the front entrance of every CVS store stating this reason. This doesn't look good for CVS from a marketing, branding or customer service perspective and hopefully this concern will be addressed by corporate!!

Very racist and rude white and Hispanic women working there, avoid this CVS at all costs if you want to be treated with respect. I’ll be writing a formal corporate complaint as well.

The woman working on Saturday was insane! She acted like a victim, no matter what I said she was argumentative and I finally said she could keep the stuff I wanted to buy and I'll keep my money. I will NEVER go to that CVS again!!

Unquestionably one of the worst examples of what CVS offers as a pharmacy. Lacking in customer service. They put prescriptions on “hold” if they decide the meds are too expensive. When you arrive to pick them up, you have to speak to the pharmacist first, then wait while they fill your meds. I live in Bedford and drive to Saginaw to the best CVS in DFW. When H-E-B opens, this store will close, as it should.

This CVS was very clean. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
I received a 50% off coupon by email and downloaded it to my CVS card.
I had no trouble using it.

Please see the following Addendum to my review for this store and its services posted earlier to which another person responded in a manner that was totally inappropriate:
First, these customer reviews are not on a social network platform and therefore, responses to reviews posted by customers about their positive and negative experiences related to the store and their services are strictly relegated to the store management, and not fair game for third parties to post responses to a particular customer’s review admonishing and railing against them as was done by this person in response to my review below, and even referring to me as a “bully!” which is tantamount to a harassment! and actionable! This person may need to be well advised on this matter.
My posted review: I have been a CVS customer and a frequent customer of this store for years. Lately I have had some very bad experiences with the checkout clerks and the floor manager named Nicole. A few weeks ago, one of these clerks while checking me out, left the terminal in anger directed at me before finishing checking me out saying she is not feeling well just because she had a problem scanning one of the items. Today, another clerk demanded I share my birth date to checkout an over the counter (OTC) pain reliever which I had picked up along with several grocery and other items, the same OTC product I had bought from this store many times with no questions asked. When I asked to speak to the Manager, Nicole Martinez who was on duty came up and refused to allow me to checkout the item without providing my birth date. I was appalled and left the store without buying even the other items I wanted to purchase. As another customer in her review mentioned, I have found Ms. Martinez to be unfriendly and when asked to help occasionally, doing it begrudgingly.
I went back the next day, hoping to talk to Mark the main store manager who I had known for years hoping to get the same products I left behind, but he was not in, and the floor manager on duty that day, Kendra refused to let me purchase the OTC product without giving her my birth date and bullied and berated me because I questioned the need for that information in order to purchase the product. Thankfully, I was able to purchase the same product from another store without having to reveal my birth date which I consider to be a privacy issue just as it is in revealing ones social security number to store clerks and managers when purchasing any product. No customer should have to be subjected to this type of treatment from clerks and store managers!

I love this location. I’m starting to wonder. Maybe the person who was writing the book about CVS. Maybe she is the one with the issues and not CVS. I don’t understand. Why would you keep going to the same store if they are not treating you right? or maybe they are treating you right and you are the bully.

I went to the pharmacy if I could transfer my prescription to that store. Mrs Alaa told me that I had to pay out of pocket because it was too early. I told Mrs Alaa that I would pick it up at my regular store. She ordered it anyway without my permission. Later after I have received the text, I asked to speak to the manager or pharmacist. The pharmacist did not introduce her, so I had to ask who I was speaking with.

Reading the reviews and I am not shocked at all when it comes to the service from the pharmacy. Imran from the pharmacy has the WORST customer service ever and doesn’t need to work in customer service if he doesn’t know how to talk to people. It doesn’t matter what the prescription is, or who the customer is, there is never a time where someone feels they can speak down to anyone they are providing a service to…or any human for that matter. I won’t spend another dollar with this pharmacy.

If you are needing to do anything with this pharmacy, expect to wait 45 minutes plus every. Single
Time. Extremely frustrating. The customer service is terrible. They have no care for your time. I absolutely can't stand this pharmacy.

Nicole, the one with the skinny eyebrows/alternative look, who works the front desk/floor area is extremely rude, unhelpful & quite frankly very unpleasant to be around. My father & I was there to take a passport sized photo & she said that we should come back another time due to the lighting which isn’t very solution orientated. I suggested we will take our own photos since she seemed to not want to be bothered to help us. We took the pictures & asked where we can send them, she points to the kiosk and says to help ourselves, taking no initiative to help us. We have never used the machines & she was extremely reluctant to help us, even after we asked her twice.
She seemed to have no problem with other male guests & offered up an extra hand to help.
Disappointing experience + sloppy appearance.
