Had a really bad experience at CVS today 06/29/2025 @ 1:30pm. I went in to pick up my ups package as my package was delivered at this store. They couldn't find my package I received notification from ups which clearly says the package was delivered on 05/29/2025 at 10:59 am, received and signed by Bre (left at dock) when I showed them the proof the store clerk Bre was so rude she was saying I didn't receive any package and we are not responding for your package since its not CVS owned package. She was saying go look for your package by yourself in the pile thrown on the floor. If they can't keep track of packages why they should tie up with ups ? When I said they are irresponsible she started yelling at me and started cursing and insulting me. I never received such kind of customer service from any store ever . This is rude, insulting and disgusting. When I asked to talk to manager the manager was not at the store she said he will be coming after an hour, which store doesn't have a manager? Bre should be disciplined, I dont want other customers to go through such an insulting experience.

I’ve been visiting this CVS Pharmacy regularly, and I always appreciate the dedication of the store manager and his team. The manager goes above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of, even when technical issues arise. His genuine concern for customer service is evident, and despite occasional challenges, his priority is making sure everyone is assisted efficiently.
The staff shares this same commitment—always greeting me with a friendly attitude and offering help in finding products. While inventory availability can sometimes be a challenge, that’s not a reflection on the hardworking individuals who keep this store running smoothly. Their willingness to assist and provide great customer service makes each visit a positive experience.

I would have to concur with all the negative reviews about the pharmacy. The pharmacist is incompetent. It literally has taken 2 days to get medication needed for my granddaughter because the staff is not doing there job.

Why is the bathroom locked up? Then when I asked for it to be opened, they all of sudden couldn't find the key. No Grown Person should have to ask to go the bathroom. I find it odd that the bathrooms are locked in a predominantly all white neighborhood. I personally felt like they didn't want me to use their bathroom cause I was black. Cause how was the key all of a sudden lost? I came for a customer. That was it.

This CVS shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. Their pharmacy staff is downright dangerous. They’ve gotten prescriptions wrong more times than I can count, they’re constantly out of stock of life and death prescription items and their staff just shrugs their shoulders. Please, don’t provide them an ounce of business. You deserve way better.

For the second time in a row I have received such poor customer service at the pharmacy drive-thru. I’m not sure why it takes thirty minutes to provide service to three cars. Then when I said something to the clerk, her response was only-ok. This is ridiculous. This needs to be fixed before I contact the corporate office.

This pharmacy has the most rude workers I’ve ever met. I waited a half an hour in line to pick up my prescriptions to get up to the front for her to tell me to sit and wait (all of my prescriptions were ready). She helped everyone who was in while I sat there. The line kept piling up. I finally got up and left, and realized later I forgot my ID. I go through the drive through to pick it up. The lady in the drive through asked me if I had anything to pick up. I said “yes, my ID and prescription” and she said that they close in 10 secs for lunch so she couldn’t help me, and then just sends my ID. I couldn't believe it.

I had issues trying to find the OTC approved items that are in the book because the UPC and the SKU numbers are not on the tag that have the name of the item and the price. You find the SKU number on the item by the barcode. CVS does not tell you this and it does not tell you this in the OTC booklet. The other thing is thatnot all items have the SKU code on the item anywhere. Also you might find an item that you are looking for that is in the booklet BUT you need to make sure that the SKU number matches what is in the booklet or it will not be an approved item it will reject and you will not be able to purchase the item as an approved OTC item.
I hope this little bit of info helps make your CVS trip a little easier.
