I went to thr DQ in Leesville Louisiana. I went to the drive thru... the worker kept calling me ma'am even after telling him I was a sir... never got an apology. I received my food and the soda was flat. The machine doesn't just go out... i feel this was on purpose. The gentleman looked unkempt and dirty.... #DaGhettoDQ

No wonder your parking lot is ALWAYS empty. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I had to say thank you 3 times before your employee said thank you back. I was the ONLY customer in the building. Two cars in the parking lot, one was mine. Pathetic! This was in Pearl, MS. What a joke!
