I have nothing but good things to say about this center. I have dialysis on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays @ 5:30am until about 9:00am. The staff always greets me in the morning, even the ones that I've never spoken with. They are compassionate, caring, and ask how I am doing during my treatments. I have been sick sometimes during my treatments and they are there to help me through it. Ty is usually my staff and he is a Great guy. I have nothing negative to say about anyone or anything. ??

I want to give 0 stars but it won’t let me.Treat your patients as if they were your family!I have heard nothing but horrible things. You purposely make sure patients get on dialysis late and laugh when they miss their rides home. “Yeah he missed their ride” whoever you are, you should be ashamed and should NOT work in this profession period. You demand patients to be at dialysis at a specific time but then don’t notice them for half an hour. You blame them for this that and the other! But what if this was your mama, or dad, granny or papa. Whatever it may be. Take care of your patients period. Maybe You guys. We’d to raise some standards because it seems like the folks you have here don’t care if they die or not. This is their life. Many of them depend on you. If you hate your job I’m sorry but find a new one because none of these patients deserve any of your care. For future reference it’s called compassion maybe hire some people that have it instead of people knowing this was the best they could do in the medical profession.
