Worst service I’ve ever seen a tire shop have checked in and they took over 4 cars that arrived after me before me which I left before they did get to me also told him if it’s gonna be an hour I’ll be right back and he insisted on me not going anywhere for them to have me sitting there for well over an hour and a half with nothing said. Don’t recommend to anybody in the area

I have used Discount Tire locations multiple times & love their customer service, speed, knowledge & history of my past tire purchases for my vehicles. Definitely recommend Discount Tire locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area!!

Customer service good , inside clean and cool. But the wait time was a bit excessive (2 1/2 hrs) and to make matters worse people that came in after we came in left before us. I'm just assuming because it is a fleet truck that we were pushed back of everyone with there personal vehicles. Still in the waiting room . This is my first experience with this type of service at a discount tire. I would not come back to this location if you value your time. Also it was to replace 2 tires nothing special....

The staff here is not only personable and helpful but they are efficient in their work! I've been visiting this particular location for a few years now and the level of service has always been spectacular! The work is explained in detail and that is greatly appreciated! Will continue to come to this location as I feel great about all my tire needs each time!

Quick service and knowledgeable employees. It was busy at that time, but I was immediately attended to when I walked in. My tire had a nail in it and it was replaced and I also got a tire rotation--all completed sooner than the estimated time. Highly recommend this location!

I was a regular customer and had bought four new tires at this location. After the installation was done, my tire sensor light came on. When I got a chance to bring the car back, I left it there for them to check. When I returned to pick up my car, they said they had replaced the tire sensor and asked me to pay for it. I don’t appreciate being charged for something that was their fault. They also wasted two hours of my time for nothing.

I’m so glad this location got me in pretty quickly.
I went to the store to shop & came out and my tire was flat.
Dropped my car off at this location after hours and they got my tire taken care of the next morning. Thank goodness for buying tires here and having a warranty, saves me money 👍

I chose this discount tire since they provided mobile installation service ($50 installation fee / tire). Each employee I interacted with was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the work and effort they exert to deliver an excellent service.
I spoke specifically with James and Aiden on the phone, interacted with Jarrod in person at the shop. Each employee was exemplary.
I hope every customer receives the same great service, and that these employees all know they're very much appreciated.
