“Went in today to grab some food items and MAN, I was blown away by how organized it was. I didn't get her name but the stock associate's (African-American woman with the glasses) merchandising skills are top notch. Everything was neat, clean, organized with the labels facing front. You just don't see that type of attention to detail very often. In addition to the cleanliness of the store, all the associates were friendly and approachable.”

“Me and my family love coming here. We've each had our own experiences at this store. I went in one morning and Lionel the manager was alone but he took care of us all very quick. And he was super nice. My daughter told me one day Jazzy helped her and my Grand babies. She was so patient and kindly helped her with no hesitation. I walked in and both Jazzy and Anisha were working and dancing and singing I joined in with them. And all of them are always greeting us and make us feel welcomed. I do recommend this place. My mom told me that they always hold the door for her when she leaves the store. You can't find workers like that anywhere. Not even worker, just people. They're willing to give that helping hand when they don't even have to.”
“Granted, it's not in the greatest part of town, so there's not much to be expected, and really, one could even expect it to be in worse shape, and everything's fine except for it being unorganized and understaffed. Other than that and the fact that Dollar Tree isn't the only place where EVERYTHING is just one dollar, the staff is usually pleasant and I can always find what I need. Thumbs up in my book. ??”
“I went into this store for hangers and left feeling blessed and happy. The cashier was super kind and helpful. The smile she put on my face truly made my day. I was having a hard morning and needed to stop in not knowing that Camilla was going to be waiting on me and a sad face wasn’t going to make it in her line. You all at Dollar Tree have been blessed to be able to work with someone as kind and loving as this lady. Thank you Dollar Tree for this hire.

“I love this Dollar General because they have everything I need and the price is great. When I say I live below my means on purpose oh I mean that!! I shop at four stores: HEB, Dollar General, Walmart sometimes, and Target when I treat myself?I brought all my detergent and dryer sheets from here! I am on my second container and Sundays& Mondays are Laundry Days no exceptions. I love driving across town coming here and stocking up on products✌?I used to lived in this area before moving one of my colleagues lives in the area also. Small world!! The staff members are so nice and friendly..”

“Let me tell you about Tate. He has been the Most polite young man that I’ve encountered in a while. Most people tell you what aisle product is on. He literally saw me struggling to find an extension cord and walked over to help me. Young people like him deserve so much more recognition!!! “One OF THE BEST STORE ..AND YOU MIGHT go in and forget why you went because you most likely to BUY UP EVERYTHING in there because they have great household item and more...things you wouldn't imagine would be in their store for good price..so I hope the prices don't go up just because..lol...but we don't mind sharing our great location when it come to good budgets...most of our items last long so I must tell the truth..I will drive out the way for this store....??? keep up the good work..that guy that been working and keeping that store in good deeds for his customers..we ?THANKS YOU FOR HAVING SUCH GREAT PRICES AND NOT RIPPING OFF THE/ YOUR COMMUNITY FR..SIR...REALLY ???????”

Just fyi, I don't think DT rounds up with cents even if you are due 4 cents change. Or at least my cashier didn't. So I lost 4 cents. Just fyi if you're paying with cash.”
“It wouldn't hurt if they'd open the other register when they see the checkout line beginning to grow. Don't wait for the line to snake around the isles. The point of a convenient store is...convenience, in & out on your way elsewhere. Also carry the items that the Family Dollar on Trinity has. Customers don't want to drive further to buy at different location what this closer location should have. Again point of a convenient store is...convenience. Owner/s, please restock items, always sold out.”
“The staff here go above and beyond. I hate going in and bothering them because I know each one has to do a little but if everything: cashier, stock, assist customers, etc. I walk in and look for something and they'll drop what they're doing to go help any way they can. Item doesn't scan, they'll go locate a duplicate and scan it for me within seconds of what it would take me to find it again. Cannot express how much I appreciate them and Dollar Tree stepping up their product game.”
“There are two ladies that have the best customer service in the world!!! Rose and the other young lady that worked on Sat 9/30/23 the morning shift. I have never experienced such a pleasant experience in any other dollar general, I live closer to a different one, but from yesterday going forward I will only go to that one off New York and park row . I did get the ladies name , but unfortunately I can’t find it now. I hope the general manager sees this and knows those two young ladies makes that store worth the gas and time just driving there. A big thank you to the two employees that worked Saturday morning 9/30/23 around 11 am???”

Cleanliness, well organized, shelves are stocked, and outside appearance looks great! I spoke to the store manager, Daniel and he is doing a great job with that store.
I used to work for K-Mart as an assistant manager and appearance says a lot along with great customer service. When you keep your store clean, your inventory organized, counted for, and out on the shelves stocked in the right location it makes it better for customers to shop. That store looks good and I bet the revenue & profits shows it as well!!”

“I did not go in the family dollar but I stopped at the BBQ truck in the parking lot and this was off the bone, tender, and very flavorful ribs i had so if you want some good bbq... that's the place... like I wanted to go back for a second plate but I had to go back to work but he will definitely be my bbq guy from now on”
