“Went in today to grab some food items and MAN, I was blown away by how organized it was. I didn't get her name but the stock associate's (African-American woman with the glasses) merchandising skills are top notch. Everything was neat, clean, organized with the labels facing front. You just don't see that type of attention to detail very often. In addition to the cleanliness of the store, all the associates were friendly and approachable.”

“Let me tell you about Tate. He has been the Most polite young man that I’ve encountered in a while. Most people tell you what aisle product is on. He literally saw me struggling to find an extension cord and walked over to help me. Young people like him deserve so much more recognition!!! Just fyi, I don't think DT rounds up with cents even if you are due 4 cents change. Or at least my cashier didn't. So I lost 4 cents. Just fyi if you're paying with cash.”

“I love this Dollar General because they have everything I need and the price is great. When I say I live below my means on purpose oh I mean that!! I shop at four stores: HEB, Dollar General, Walmart sometimes, and Target when I treat myself?I brought all my detergent and dryer sheets from here! I am on my second container and Sundays& Mondays are Laundry Days no exceptions. “The staff here go above and beyond. I hate going in and bothering them because I know each one has to do a little but if everything: cashier, stock, assist customers, etc. I walk in and look for something and they'll drop what they're doing to go help any way they can. Item doesn't scan, they'll go locate a duplicate and scan it for me within seconds of what it would take me to find it again. Cannot express how much I appreciate them and Dollar Tree stepping up their product game.”
“Me and my family love coming here. We've each had our own experiences at this store. I went in one morning and Lionel the manager was alone but he took care of us all very quick. And he was super nice. My daughter told me one day Jazzy helped her and my Grand babies. She was so patient and kindly helped her with no hesitation. I walked in and both Jazzy and Anisha were working and dancing and singing I joined in with them. And all of them are always greeting us and make us feel welcomed. I do recommend this place. My mom told me that they always hold the door for her when she leaves the store. You can't find workers like that anywhere. Not even worker, just people. They're willing to give that helping hand when they don't even have to.”

June moves the inventory and informs all customers of sales/ discounts as well as having signs up on product throughout the entire store / outside.
All employees engage with all customers it feels good to be treated so nice to go in a store and everyone treats you as a friend you don't get this in many establishments & it makes a difference it makes customers want to visit you're store .

Cleanliness, well organized, shelves are stocked, and outside appearance looks great! I spoke to the store manager, Daniel and he is doing a great job with that store.
I used to work for K-Mart as an assistant manager and appearance says a lot along with great customer service. When you keep your store clean, your inventory organized, counted for, and out on the shelves stocked in the right location it makes it better for customers to shop. That store looks good and I bet the revenue & profits shows it as well!!”
