This place honestly shouldn’t be open. We arrived there for a pickup at 12:30 but the door was locked. The open sign was on but there was nothing in the display window. We called and they attempted to take our order but the soonest anyone could get there was at 1:15. We didn’t want to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes so we’ll be going somewhere else

This would’ve been my first time coming to the store location. I tried to open the door at 6:39pm and it was locked with no one inside. Both the sign and online says they are supposed to be open and don’t close until 7pm. Meanwhile I could see through the store that their display was completely empty which tells me they cleaned up and locked up way before I even got there.
After reading other reviews I see that I’m not the only one who had this experience. I’m never coming back to this location hopefully I can visit one of the other ones further away at some point.

No one ever answers the phone. Decided to come in store twice and got told the computer system was down and that's it, no orders no purchasing.

First time using this company and it will definitely be the last. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I had to share my experience. I ordered an arrangement for my mom to be delivered on Mother’s Day and I paid the extra fee for next-day (Sunday) delivery. There is no delivery window provided and apparently they have to be hand delivered (understandable due to possible melting). They attempted the delivery (without providing any idea of a delivery time) at 11am and nobody was home since my parents were at church. That’s it. From there, no other attempts were made and it took me chatting on their website and attempting to call the store multiple times until finally, the following Thursday (4 days after the original delivery date which I paid extra for), I got ahold of someone and they made the delivery that day. I’m honestly not sure another delivery attempt would’ve been made had I not called multiple times. There was no sense of urgency, no desire to make things right, no empathy for the terrible experience…and no attempt to even refund the extra next-day delivery charge. Be careful ordering an arrangement from this company.

I bought an item for same day delivery. I called the store 2 hours in to check on the order and they said the person was already delivering it.
That was 2 hours ago.
The tracking has said the order is 2 stops away from the destination for the last 2.5 hours and the store is currently closed. This store has no accountability. If you cant handle this then you shouldn't open a franchise for it!

The first and probably the last time ordering from here. I payed 15 dollars for same day delivery for a birthday around 4pm. Never got any updates. Called the store and said they were closed and that deliveries won’t be sent out until the next day.

Thank you Edible Arrangements Bedford!! I wanted to make my friend feel special for her birthday and you all came through! The arrangement and bouquet look just as advertised and arrived on time the next day when I literally ordered the night prior. I had to leave a good review because the bad reviews always outweigh the good. Kudos to whomever was on shift January 19,2025 and delivered this amazing arrangement. Keep up the great work!

I'm not here to post a bad review, I trying to check the status on my order. I can't get anyone to answer a phone or respond to a email. I have tried customer service. The trackers said I'm #4 on the delivery list , but that was 2 days ago.
The arrangement was delivered tonight. Thank you

Don't order from this store. Ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day. It got there super late. The delivery person got lost. The edible arrangement was leaking all over the plastic wrap and the fruit was warm. Terrible location. Other locations have delivered their arrangements perfectly.

I got a request to bring some chocolate covered strawberries to a small improto party. Cool. I googled closest edible arrangement to me. Found the Bedford store. Website said open to 7. Thought I had plenty of time. Wrong. No time. It was about 130 pm. Sign said open. Yet the door was locked. It was closed. Your website should list store hours are an estimate. We will close whenever we want . Customers beware

Have tried countless times to get stuff from them and every time they are either closed way early or I get there and the say the can’t sell anything. Don’t go. This place needs to either fix their hours of operation or get new management who will actually work
