I got a request to bring some chocolate covered strawberries to a small improto party. Cool. I googled closest edible arrangement to me. Found the Bedford store. Website said open to 7. Thought I had plenty of time. Wrong. No time. It was about 130 pm. Sign said open. Yet the door was locked. It was closed. Your website should list store hours are an estimate. We will close whenever we want . Customers beware

Have tried countless times to get stuff from them and every time they are either closed way early or I get there and the say the can’t sell anything. Don’t go. This place needs to either fix their hours of operation or get new management who will actually work

The customer service at this location is ridiculous. They charge a $15 delivery fee and then don’t deliver and won’t refund your money. If you are going to order from here don’t waste your money on delivery. Just pick it up and save yourself the money and frustration!

Walked in little before 5pm. The lady told be that they were closed but on goodle the time of closing is 6pm. How is it yall close an hour early than what's posted. Bad customer service. I just wanted 2 personal cones and she said everything is put up. Just lazy if you ask me.

The store and service is absolutely horrible. I spoke with someone the day before who advised me that my order would be ready and waiting for me between a specified thing. I called 5 times and no one ever picked up my call. I show up to the store in the time I advise and it’s empty. A woman comes out from the back on her phone and is completely clueless. I even translated as she did not speak English and again she’s clueless. It took her a while to get my previously placed order. I asked to purchase the Carmel Twix cheesecakes and she didn’t understand a thing. She called someone in the phone, was having an entire conversation and still was not able to get me the cheesecakes which were on promotion for store pick up only. I finally gave up and walked out. This is completely unacceptable l. This woman does not answer calls, she does not know how to work or do anything then why is she even working in the store. This is the closest store to my house and I will NEVER do business here again.

Horrible customer service !! I placed an order the night before and there wasn’t an option to choose when to be sent so I added in the instructions the exact hours I kept tracking the order kept saying arranging and I had to call the day of the delivery and I spoke to someone around the delivery time I requested they said my order is only ready for pick up and will be delivered 2-3 hrs I specifically asked to make this faster !! I did not get a call and or anything until the surprise was ruined and I had to tell my sister to stay because she was leaving early and I had to say why,Update: I called them and apparently don’t have a driver !!!!!!! I had to tell my sister to actually go and pick up the order that was meant a surprise for herDefinitely not ordering from them ever againvery irresponsible and unprofessional

This is very disappointing I placed a order last week for Valentine's Day to be delivered today while she at work. Tried calling multiple times to make sure it's delivered when she at work like it supposed to be. Was delivered a hour later at 6pm when she already gone from work had all day form 8am to 5pm to be delivered. Made the Valentine's experience awful spend a lot of money to surprise her for nothing she didn't receive the gift her self.

Guy in the front took my card to the back to pay for my chocolate fruit boxes. Told him to cancel card transaction, and I'll just pay cash. Paid in cash and still charged me on card.

Awful service!! Ordered online for delivery Wednesday. Waited until 5:10 pm, no delivery (they said they stop at 5). Left office and 15 min later get an email that they tried to deliver at 5:15. Called and said they're closed for the day. Called next day, had to speak w corporate, they said we told them to deliver Friday or Saturday, never happened bc our office closed those days. Then they said they didn't deliver bc the order was wrong. So which is it? Ended up going to the actual brick and mortar store, was given the run around, then given the wrong order, then finally the right order with no apology or anything. Embarrassing as this was for Bosses Day. Never ever again will order from this company.

Order online early this morning and specifically asked to have it delivered by 2PM before my coworker left for the day. I called in and was also told they would deliver on time. Here it is 3:08 still not delivered. Never will purchase here again. Especially me being in Louisiana and trying to surprise my co worker in TX. ***Update it was delivered at 5:08 in the afternoon. Was told email their email address just like below and when they email me back they tell me contact the store directly.

I received a arrangement as a gift I’ve never ordered one, or received one before. I was very disappointed; The fruit was dry and started rotting two days later. Nice to look at but not good to eat.

Came here for the 1st time only to pull up and the location is closed before the listed time. Which also explains why they wernt answering the phone when I called earlier. Sure corporate dont know about this. These companies and associates need to be held accountable.
