When I booked the appointment, I was told that the rental car would be delivered to the auto body shop when we dropped our car off to be repaired. The rental car location has to be called a couple times to have someone pick us up which didn’t happen and we finally decided to walk to the rental car location where I was told by the local reps that they don’t do that they didn’t have anyone available to pick us up and that the booking office miscommunicated. Their policy should be known by the booking office. I would have stopped and picked up the car on the way to the auto body shop. The rest was fine.

Rented a car on a Monday. During the walk through, pointed out the scratches on the door and the hail dings on the hood and was told not an issue they look for actual signs of damage. Used the car to drive back and forth to work. Returned the car on Saturday. Despite not having any hail in the area was told they would have to send out for an investigation to determine if the hail damage was my responsibility. Now it's Thursday and I get a call asking if I am planning on returning the car or extending my rental!?! I don't recommend this place and won't plan on renting a car here again but for those of you that are.. document everything.

Jonathan helped me put on a windshield wiper that came off while driving. I'm not even a customer of Enterprise and they were not even open. I am so appreciative of him helping me!

I've rented from the Brown Trail, Bedford, Texas location 4 or 5 times now. Respectful, organized, bottom line they get the job done. Pleasant, helpful staff.

These people are really polite and care about good service. If you let them know about any issues, they make it right. I have yet to encounter a rude or clueless employee. Only once they didn't have a reservation ready, and I use this location at least monthly for work. That weekend was a fluke; it was a holiday weekend and there was an influx of accidents, and I only made my reservation the day before. Reliable and honest.

Great staff/ worked with me and kept me up-to-date with what my insurance paid, will be working with enterprise Bedford Texas if I ever need to rent a car.

Not the best customer service experience. We arrived on time for our 1 pm reservation only to be told they are running 1 to 2 hours behind schedule, cars hadn't been returned as expected. Soon enough the lobby was packed with waiting customers, eventually they did bring out more chairs. As expected, the longer the wait, the more we all became frustrated. Their customer service failed in several ways. First, they could have reached out to customers in advance to avoid all the waisted time. This demonstrated lack of caring about their customers.

I rented a car in Colleyville. I called for a ride and they said they had no cars until at least monday. No options given. Just a to-bad-so-sad for me response. I called 800 for Enterprise Rental Car and they said they could honor the reservation at a different location so reservations set it up for the Bedford location. When I called for a ride they said I lived out of range (i didn't live out of range of my original booking. Now needing an UBER I asked what time would the car be available the Bedford location. She was unsure when I should order an UBRE nor could they call me when the time was good. She put me on hold. I didn't know she transferred me to the manager because i thought she was researching the answer to my questions. The manager was rude. He said i would have to come wait like everyone else. He said the waiting room was full for of others doing the same. Then eventually said he don't know if he will even have cars on Monday meanwhile I am stranded with a reservation for Oct 11. so, early on in the conversation his dismissive just come wait would have left me stranded for at least 5 days at his office. He had no options. I told him the 800 said you are suppose to find me a car if you dont have one for me and that you are to honor my reservation. He said what reservations told me was not true. I was getting frustrated and angry so i said "i am gonna end this call because am getting annoyed" he responded twice that he was annoyed with the call too! And that pushed my last button to make a report. I went to DFW airport and had to pay all the airport related fees to get an AVIS car but with the crazy fees for $211.42 less than Enterprise. The Avis wait for cars was only about 20-30 minutes but they were able to tell me that and fulfill that not leaving me hopeless and stranded.

Great Agent, Jerame Aker..Horrible car experience..the car had bad tires..and I got a weird Alert of Hazards, while I was driving the freeway. I pulled over terrified only to hear another Cocky agent say "Its a Nissan thing..You're Ok" That Bedford lot had NO replacement cars for the entirety of my 2 week rental...that's my 2nd bad experience from the Bedford location
