I thought it was a very easy experience. You drop off package. They send you a email or text to show proof you dropped off. Very simple.

As a Fed Express retiree, I like the convenience.Quick easy no hasles. Walgreens even multi tasked, worked register and my drop off!Take that Brown.

Super easy to drop off the items that I needed to ship and get a receipt. The two ladies that were working there warmly greeted me and Pamela was especially pleasant and so friendly. Will be back as needed!!
