The manager was absolutely professional and helpful, I had an appointment at the other firestone store but couldn’t service me stating they are very busy and didn’t even send me any notice not to come . I drove to the other store and after explaining what happened, she didn’t hesitate to take me in right away and sincerely apologized about my experience with the other branch. My car was serviced in no time and did what I needed

We had great customer service. We had problems getting parts. The service rep, Guadalupe help us find reasonably priced parts and made sure we could use they car while we waited for parts.
He went out of his way to help.

I buy all of my tires from this particular Firestone in Bedford. The manager has treated me so well. I feel like she gave me a particularly good deal on this last purchase. But, it isn't the first time that she has treated me right. That's why I keep going back.

Didn’t have my FIRESTONE tire anywhere and tried to get me to replace all 4 for over a grand. I had road hazard and couldn’t use it. Went to Discount bc they had the Firestone tire I needed, but actually ended up with 4 new tires for $400 through them.

I had my oil housing assembly replaced here a couple of weeks ago, and they did a solid job.
But something incredible happened today, I ran out of gas right in front of this same Firestone. DJ and Tito went above and beyond! While still prioritizing their paying customers, they made sure we were safe and didn’t just turn a blind eye. They never made us feel like a burden, but instead, stepped up to help in any way they could. Their kindness and professionalism left an amazing impression. Huge thanks to DJ and Tito!

Came in for a patch on a tire. Not a single car was in the bays. Not a single customer inside. It took 55 minutes to patch my tire. 55 MINUTES! When we asked how much longer it would be the, the guy named 4 Guadalupe on the receipt laughed and said the lady changing our tire was having issues. There were 3 people outside in the bays and 1 person inside. Ridiculous that I missed half of my child's basketball game for a PATCH!

Had a 3pm appointment. Did not start on Car until 4:45pm. Then did not do the balance and rotate tires just alignment! This is ridiculous. This is not the only store that does this. I have been to more then 6 different Firestone set appointment and they still make you wait 2-3 hours..
