Seems to be a common trend here, I guess customer service is for the real auto care places. I would have had better luck at the Auto Zone. I had a blow out on my RV, had a spare and money to blow to not get my hands dirty. They told me their impact wrench couldn't get the lugs off without looking at it. I changed the tire in their parking lot my self. If you work there and ever wonder why you don't make more money or why you're stuck at a Firestone, this is why, try a little, I promise it won't hurt.

I went in to have a thermostat replaced. Well I was told it was going to be 514.00. Really, the part is 29.99 as I purchased one at O’Reilys. My husband was going to install but got sick. When I questioned them, they told me that the thermostat housing needed to be replaced. I was also told I needed a radiator flush and that my front tires were worn. What a joke and you should be ashamed of trying to screw over a 67 year old women. The tires are new and not worn. I called a mechanic and asked about the thermostat housing needing to be replaced and they stated only if cracked. Well it wasn’t and I will never return to Firestone and will let the area neighborhood paper know of my experience. What a scam trying to tell people things that need to be fixed and really they don’t. Is that the way Firestone makes their money, ripping customers off.

3 months ago my fiance took her car here to get 2 new tires. They broke the drip pan and didn't even change the tires the first time we were there, we had to go back 3 times. For 2 tires. And when she went to get the drip pan fixed, they said "heres the part, go fix it yourself." Tonight both of those tires are flat, and instead of going there and using the warranty she'd rather take them somewhere else and pay for new tires to not have to deal with these people.EDIT: I'm not able to reply to the comment below, so I'm doing so here. I reached out to this location multiple times while the incident was occurring and received no help. Trying to fix it several months after the fact only because I posted it in a public forum is too little too late.

They did an alignment for us and got it done same day. A year warranty which is good. I am happy with them and will use them again. I also recommend them. They didn't try to charge a fortune or play games.

The whole experience from the sales person to the finance was very refreshing. They did a great job giving us what we wanted for our trade and was a quick and easy process. We drove about 2.5 hours to get the vehicle I wanted and couldn’t be happier. Good job and thank you.

I spoke with front desk tude/rude Gina this morning and she is so unprofessional. Why are you answering phones?? If you do not want to answer phones this early in the morning and provide good customer service find something else to do. It's simple babe. I was provided the wrong oil in my vehicle (clear as day on my record) and I was told to come in and my next oil change wold be half off (3.5 months ago) Instead of Gina apologizing and coming from a place of YES and trying to accommodate, she gave nasty energy that wasn't needed and said the boss wasn't in. She could have made it right and chose not to. She said the owner wouldn't be in until tomorrow. I'm off Fridays and Saturdays. I cannot come in on Sunday. She could have made this right. Definitely not a good representation of Firestone at ALL. This will be made right tho. No worries!

I really appreciate what they did for me here. It was early in the morning and I had a flat tire they did all that they could to help me get a new tire even though they didn't have it. I was able to get out of there in good time and they were all so helpful and friendly to me. I will be back there to have help with my car!

This place is great. They kept me in the loop and helped me navigate through the problems I had dealing with the fact that I was bringing in a fleet vehicle from my work. Gina was especially helpful. I highly recommend.

I made an appointment to get new tires, a front-end alignment and state inspection. The tires weren't ordered for my appointment so I had to wait an additional day. When my tires were changed, they then held my vehicle hostage by telling me I had to get new front shocks and a left front wheel bearing, to the tune of an additional $700, before they would do the alignment. I knew that neither of those issues would affect the alignment but agreed to it because I wasn't going to drive new tires out of alignment before I could address those items. When I picked up my vehicle, the new shocks make a clunking sound with no improvement in ride, the mechanic doing the alignment mangled and twisted the rubber boots on the ends of the steering rack and the driver's seat had been pulled all the way forward and the glove box latch was broken, making it impossible to open and appearing like someone was looking for something inside my truck. When I asked them about it they denied that anyone tried to open the glove box, leaving me with a $200 repair to fix. I know the glove box was undamaged when I left it with them because I opened it with no problem to retrieve my insurance card for the state inspection. I have used this Firestone many times over the years with good service each time, but this one visit has ruined them all for good. So long, Firestone!

Started my car and it sounded like a slow start and figured it was my battery, I drove it up to the Firestone where they were nice to me in the past with their free tire pressure check. They ran a free test on my battery and it was bad, they quickly replaced it for me and within 30 minutes I was on my way. Very nice, efficient and my car is starting nicely again. Thank you for your prompt service.

I am from 6 hours away and ended up with a flat tire. I called them a few times through the morning stressed out and the girls I spoke to were so kind and perfect each time! They were trying their best to get me help. We got my spare on and over there, then they got us fixed right up and back out! How perfectly kind everyone was to get us back on the road. 100 out of 100 recommend this shop! ?

Do not recommend. I made an appointment for 3pm for a brake job and it’s almost closing time and i am still sitting here. I’m not sure if they are working on other cars before mine but what is the point of an appointment when it doesn’t get touched until a tech feels like working.Service: Brakes

I assume this location is understaffed as wait times were terribly long. I only saw 2-3 employees working at a time. Given that detail, I understand how it took them two hours to change out two tires. It would've been nice to have been told the estimated wait times when I made the appointment, but I do know that unexpected things can happen each day. Still, having arrived at 11am, waiting 10+ minutes just to tell someone that I had arrived and to hand over my keys, then 30 more minutes until my car was in the shop being worked on, then another hour until my car was done and parked, and another 10-15 minutes until I got my keys back. In my opinion, that last wait was unnecessary given that the tires were already paid for. It would have been nice if I was able to leave as soon as the work was completed. If I had been told the wait times beforehand, I would have had my husband take me to drop my car off as I was almost late to work because of the long wait.Regardless, the staff were very nice, and I know they were doing their best given the circumstances of staffing and customer demand. Plus, my tires are now great and my car drives better and doesn't slide all over the road. I don't think I'll go back here only because of the wait times, however I do not fault that on the employees. The business as a whole probably needs to pay their employees better, especially if they're working all day in this intense heat.Service: Tires
